I have been comparing vanities with a glass topper, and electric plugs with a "fairly easy" assembly for a few months now, and finally settled on this particular vanity. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase including the aesthetic, sturdiness, quality of material, and assembly. Some things to note: The right-hand standing shelf is a little smaller than it appears on the website (review dimensions before purchase), but holds a fair amount of items and is sufficient. The mirror is quite large and the lights surrounding the mirror are pretty lengthy. To ensure evenness, I wrapped the cording around each bulb to get the dimension and length around the mirror, as desired. This was a very easy self-adjustment. Also, the mirror has a magnifying effect in the center. At first I thought it was a defect (because it feels slightly out of focus at first glance) but when you move closer to the mirror, it's obvious that it is simply a magnifer. This is a pro and a con depending on your needs, for the mirror. I am enjoying it! Lastly, I would give the assembly a five star writing for (a) ease and clarity in instructions, (b) simplicity of install, and (c) arrangement of materials in the packaging - especially given the volume of items required for install. It did take a few hours to put together, but this is to be expected because of the dimensions of the vanity. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because when I attempted to screw in some of nails with a handscrew, the wood would crack and splinter immediately - even with a gentle touch. I switched to a power drill on low speed and had a much easier time avoiding the wood splints, and the installation overall went WAY faster. All in all, this vanity is absolutely worth the buy, however, make sure you allot an appropriate amount of time to fully complete the install. ... show more

I love the quality of the materials to build this Vanity. It has a peal sparkle to it. Didn't have to use electric tools but did use two different screwdrivers, a hammer and plyers. ALL of the pieces were there and clearly labeled. It was LABOR INTENSIVE for my husband!!! It took us 4 HOURS not including the decorative lights on the mirror and the little bench and the cleanup. It took 5 trash bags to get the box and packing material broken down and into the trash. It is a little bit fragile in that you don't want to move locations for it a lot. Don't put heavy stuff on the part that holds items. A flower up there maybe but nothing with substantial weight. I LOVE IT! I WOULD BUY ANOTHER ONE! it’s a good vanity it’s not easy to build but if u look at the instructions closely you’ll be fine, it took my brother 2-3 hours to build it alone but overall it’s a good product but 67$ for shipping is a bit crazy but it’s sturdy, the light is bright, the size is just right, it’s pretty heavy😭, no parts missing, and overall worth the $$. ... show more

I won't lie to you, this thing is super annoying to build. But once we put it all together, it looks amazing. It was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. There's a lot of room to fit all her toiletries and makeup. It's got a lot of storage and the optional lights were a great addition. It arrived in great condition, well packaged, and it was early. The box arrived without handles and hinges, but it was delivered promptly once I contacted the seller. I would highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Garbage - Falling apart after 4 months

Bought this for Christmas for a 12 year old and it is May and I have had to reassemble the main drawer for a third time because the wheels won't stay on the tracks. Wood on the main drawer is also tearing. The fasteners on the entire vanity don't stay in place and the pieces keep separating. The bad fasteners are probably why the wheels to the drawers won't stay on their tracks. Instructions were difficult to follow and it took 8 plus hours to set up. The wiring to the lights is poor and seems to be separating from the plug, so the lights won't stay on. For $165 to $200, my expectations are reasonably low, but this is one of the worst pieces of furniture I have ever put together, and then put back together, and put it together again a third time. ... show more

Bought for a teen who dances on stage and does TicToc videos. Assembled by her mother and grandmother. Product - The stool is a bit cheesy but workable. Foam seat is vinyl that can easily be recovered. The lights are stick-on and plug in, but very cute. The vanity itself is very well constructed. Great storage. Arrival - Requires two mothers and a hand truck to move. Heavy! Or remove the pieces individually. Assembly - Took us about four hours with two people. Instructions were, for the most part, easy to understand. Discovered "boards" were labeled on the edge. Packaged parts are well labeled and identified in the instructions. Preferred screwdriver to drill. Adjusting door was tricky, but standard for adjustable hinges. Definitely a two person job because some pieces need to be held while adjoining pieces are connected. Quality - very, very good! Pieces fit tight. Sturdy. Drawers glide nicely. Storage is excellent. Lights looked like they might we cheap looking, but actually work nicely. Love the cubbies next to the mirror as well as the large storage at the bottom. Teen loves that she can see her products under the glass top. Glass top is an excellent idea for avoiding stains from products. Conclusion - happiness from one teen! Also pride from Mom and G-ma for assembling and giving the teen something she wants, needs, and loves. ... show more

Took the order 3 weeks to arrive due to FedEx but the seller wouldn’t provide a resolution until the day it finally arrived. The packaging was terrible and ruined, so I knew items were damaged; and they were. Multiple cracked/chipped pieces and I am missing 3 large parts.
