    • The handle gets too hot!
I got burnt when I tried to touch the handle while cooking. Buyers beware! I should have bought a different brand instead.

    • Good Pans seem to be very sturdy but took 3 shipments to get a set with no damage.
I ordered 3 sets of these pans. First order received had 2 bent frying pans. Second order had a bent saucepan. I ordered a third set, took the saucepan from it and put the bent one in it. Returned 2 sets. The boxes were well packaged. I thought the pans were bent from the delivery person slamming the boxes down but the last bent one was INSIDE another pan that wasn't damaged. Is the seller sending out returned items without checking for damage? ... show more

So disappointed. Pans were warped so lids wouldn’t fit. One lid had the handle installed upside down. Unbelievable!
