These bands have been so durable during my pilates workouts. I love the colors and different resistance options. I hope to use them for a good long time! I find that since they are a thicker fabric and a wider band, they are very comfortable and stay in place really well.

I do beachbody/bodi and follow Autumn’s workouts. These bad boys are so perfect for leg/booty day. It doesn’t matter if my pants are slippery or not, they aren’t moving.
