bought this after i saw it highly ranked by a car website (already forgot which) and figured i'd try with a legitimate brand rather than a random one. happy i did! the quality seems really high and it fit my 2024 lexus RX350h nearly perfectly. fits perfect on the back and body of the car, it's maybe 1 inch too short in the front but not enough to bother me. i bought size S4 and i think a bigger size would've been too big. it handled a small drizzle well, as well as a very windy night - barely moved at all on the car (again, only a little bit on the front!). i am a liiiittle worried about the buckles scratching so i'll probably add some fabric around them just in case. very easy to put on with 2 people and i think it'd be doable on my own too. zippered door works great and there is extra covering behind the zipper so your car is protected from it. if you're looking for a car cover on amazon, i think this one is worthwhile being your first choice ... show more

So, I lost custody of my garage in the divorce. Long story short, I needed a cover for my truck since I don't drive it in the rain or snow. I have owned a few other covers in the past for other trucks that were barely waterproof, and left scratch marks and water marks on the paint. After endless hours of searching car covers and reading reviews, I finally came accross this EZY SHADE in BLACK, and so far has been a delight at the end of a tunnel. Judging by the reviews, I SIZED-UP from their chart to a T-5 for a 2014 GMC SIERRA 1500 CREW CAB with 6.5' BED. Glad I did because it's a perfect fit. Not too tight and not too loose. It even covers some of my wheel covers, and it would go all the way to the ground if I didn't have the 7" lift kit. Even the brand name "EZY SHADE" is lot more encouraging than some others 🤣 As far as aesthetics, no matter how much you deny it, a cover is always going to look like your vehicle is under a giant trash bag. But the idea here is functionality not beauty. Only been on my truck for a week so far and holding up well through scorching 95° heat and two thunderstorms.. Where I park my truck is like a 10° incline which helps to avoid pooling water and potentially ice pools on my soft bed cover. I also have the luxury of being able to use a ratchet strap to hold the cover down from up-drafts. I'm not telling anyone to deface their product, but from my own past experiences with these covers, the plastic buckles tend to scratch the paint surface and the straps tend to get tangled, so I just cut them off and use bungee cords. As you can tell by the photos, my truck is show quality, so I always keep tons of wax on the paint. As a result, the liner of this cover does prevent scratch marks generally on the extended fender flares which I was most concerned about. I gave it 4 stars because I did notice some weak spots at the stitching which caused some minor leakage. The driver side zipper feature is a plus, but a fair warning that if your cover is too tight, the zipper will definitely tear. Other than those minor details, if it lasts a year then the EZY SHADE is still a winner for the few extra dollars $pent 👍👍 ... show more

I’m one who appreciates product reviews, good or bad, as they help me decide whether or not to buy something, especially if it’s a little on the pricey side. I thought I would help out my fellow Amazon shoppers with my honest opinion of the car cover I bought. I first started looking at the reviews for the car covers that were supposedly tailored exactly for the Subaru Outback. I couldn’t find one that I was comfortable with trying, as I really didn’t look forward to having to return it if it wasn’t as well made as I had hoped. Then I ran across this cover that is made for multiple vehicles, and based on a size chart. The reviews were good for this cover, so I decided to give it a try. As it turned out, I had to return the first one shipped anyway! The packaging was fine (the box wasn’t damaged on arrival), but when I cut open the vacuum sealed package and took the cover out, one of the plastic clasps/buckles was broken. There was a spare one in the package, but I didn’t want to start out with one already broken. I don’t know what happened; maybe the clasp broke during the vacuum sealing process (they are sealed pretty tightly to fit in the box). Thanks to Amazon’s no hassle return policy, they shipped me a new cover immediately (I still haven’t returned the first one yet, but will soon). The second cover had no problems. I was a little disappointed with how thin the “cotton lining” on the inside of the cover is, but it seems to do the job. I included several photos to show just how well the cover fits the Outback. It looks like it could be custom tailored to fit. The only area that is ever-so-slightly not a custom fit is around the door mirrors. I just fold the mirrors against the car and there is plenty of room to spare. The zipper opening is not exactly where the door opens, but it’s close enough for me as I don’t plan to use it much, and it does allow at least partial access to the interior. There is a nice elastic band that makes the cover snug, and three clasps, one front and rear, and one under the middle of the car. As you can see from the photos, I only use the front and rear. If it were super windy I would probably use the middle one as well, but most of the time it’s just protecting my car from all the dust, leaves, insects and birds in the area where I live. If you’re looking for a good cover for your Outback, this one will do the job nicely. I can’t vouch for any other vehicles, obviously, but the cover does seem to be pretty well made. We’ll see how long it lasts taking it off and putting it on a couple times a day over the next year or so. ... show more
