EASY to do -- spray it on .. count to 100 a few times and hose it off with the hose on gentle.. let it dry and bang you are in business. If the water runs off dirty then do it again.. Works great. Easy to apply and rinse off. Buying another can for my filters/electronic filters. I sprayed a little I had left over from the outside AC and it worked great on the metal furnace filters.

This is some pretty amazing stuff. 1 can will do the coils on the inside and outside of the unit. Make sure to wear some glasses because when the can gets low it spits and can get in your eyes. This has a fresh scent to it. It foams up a lot. I rinsed the unit first with water, let it dry, then used this stuff to see how much extra dirt would come out. A lot of extra dirt came out as a result of this cleaner. I let it soak about 10-15 minutes then rinsed well. The unit is now squeaky clean and operating at it's full potential. A must have to keep an older unit running properly. Ours is over 30 years old and runs great. It will break if you don't keep it clean. For $12 and 30 minutes of my time. this HVAC clean is easy to use and plenty in to do a complete job. the spray was so good and it cleaned it so well you just spray it and let it work a few min then rinse it off and it cleans the dirt right off. I will buy it again.

One can is about enough for a full-sized residential condenser (or two half-sized ones) Smells nice, but it foams so fast it just lays on the front of the fins and never penetrates and gets inside so, not sure how good of a job it's actually doing of cleaning inside....
