I love how easy this air mattress is to use. I especially like that the bag unfolds exactly where the bed size/space the bed will need so I won't have to guess if I have enough room to fit. The bed is so much more comfortable than the typical air mattress and it doesn't bounce the other person around. I love that the people are off the ground when sleeping too. I love that there is even space in the bag to store an extra set of sheets and a couple pillows. This bed is wonderful. It is just as described in the description and videos - super easy to move around in a zipped up case with wheels and a handle. Inflating it is a breeze - it is true that you simply unzip the case, plug it in and turn the knob...it does the rest all on it's own. Very comfortable - it is still an inflatable bed, but a very comfortable one for what it is and is super convenient that is is up off the floor - much easier to get in and out of. ... show more

Such an unfortunate, expensive waste of money! I slept on one of these at a friends house and was thrilled to order one. We had multiple house guests at the same time and back to back, and this was our solution for needing one more bed at the time; however, it took so long to arrive, we had to run to a local store and get an aerobed. It showed up after our guests were gone and we decided to keep the bed for future use and recently set it up for our house sitter while we were out of town. I set it up, made the bed and was thrilled with how it looked… only for it to be deflated the next day. Pumped it up again, made sure valves were all good and clean, yet again, slow deflate. One more time and also left the aerobed out for the sitter and sure enough, it deflated and she had to change it over the first night we. It took us two years to even need to use this and we were honestly expecting sooooo much more out of it and it’s a complete waste of money. Very frustrating! ... show more

This review is being written 13 months after purchase. We bought this for use in our guest room and found it very convenient to set up and take down. We used it about 4 or 5 times for guests. Two weeks ago we took it out for guests who were arriving the next day and it inflated but wouldn't hold the air. The weird part was that whether you "inflated" or "deflated" it kept losing air. I contacted the company and they were willing to replace it but could not get it here in time, so they offered me a full refund so we could go locally and pick up a bed for our guest. I bought this last minute before a trip and I have to say, it worked just as expected and beyond. I am sure I am not the only one who dreads the ending of a good vacation, and the last thing I want is to have to deflate a bed and make a fit back into it’s bag or original packaging for storage. UPDATE: After seeing my review, Simpli Comfy reached out and offered a replacement. That bed arrived, but had a hole in it when it arrived. Simpli Comfoy immediately offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for another bed, as it IS comfortable when fully intact. The new bed arrived within a couple days, and I slept on it last night. It remained inflated, and is a comfortable bed (my advice--put an egg crate cushion and a mattress cover on it as it gets chilly otherwise). Hopefully, third time's the charm! LET ME SAY THIS ABOUT THE COMPANY: INTEGRITY speaks volumes! The company reached out to me and offered to make things good. Both replacement beds arrived very quickly. The company strived to make things right. These days, that is rare--and says a great deal about the integrity and decency of this company. THANK YOU! Bought to use for a few months in an efficiency while waiting for new home. Was great 2 weeks. Then, it got a tear at a seam underneath. See pix. Used the patch that came with the bed, did no good. Bought larger patch. Did no good. Even tried super glue around patch edges. Nothing will seal the seam failure. Bed is useless. Very disappointed as bed was nice until it leaked. ... show more
