I was looking for something that would provide privacy but not totally block the light! These are perfect. The glass section of my door is about 32" wide. I did put 3 curtains on each door which was is a personal preference based on the balance between privacy and light. Two would probably satisfy most people (I almost decided on 2) but when I added a 3rd I got a bit more privacy without sacrificing much more light. I wished the larger elongated pieces on the ribbon thread were plastic (they are foam). The advantage to them being foam is that when you open and close the door there is no noise. I suppose if they were plastic you would hear the clanking against the glass ... so it's al good! I love the look! ... show more

I read the reviews. And I saw where another lady had this problem and figured it was a freak thing. No. I ordered 1 and it didnt fill the doorway like I had hoped. So I ordered another and it was 4 in shorter than the other. I guess I will just trim the longer side even though this is the length theyre supposed to be just to avoid the hassle of sending it back for the correct length. Im giving 3 stars because theyre so pretty but wish it was better quality and more accurate sizing. ... show more
