This toilet from Miuara came at just the right time; we were removing an old purple toilet (don't judge, it came with the house) and we needed something that would be a bit easier as we are getting older. This toilet was a perfect addition for the refit of the bathroom. The more slender tank was also a welcome addition as it offers a more modern look. The toilet has all the best features; close close lid, tall height, water saving flush, and excellent jet coverage. The toilet arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. I bought this elongated toilet for my brother’s bathroom, and I’ve been very happy with it. It looks great, it works well, and I got an excellent price on it. When I was looking, I was surprised to find that this style of toilet cost more than regular ones. But the extra cost was worth it for me. Just installed this after removing old toilet. Arrived in a big box unscathed tho the box was torn and battered. The styrofoam packing was stout and worked well. Had to buy an18" water supply hose as the 12" I had ordered was too short. Need A 3/8 and 7/8 female ends on hose. Luckily the water tank came with all the flushing apparatus pre-installed. All you have to do is attach the flush handle to the tank and hook the chain on. Instructions were adequate but I was unsure about the sequence of metal and rubber washers on the tank to toilet bolts. luckily the illustration on this page explained it. Those "installation points" need to be in the instructions they send with product. So far very happy with toilet Definitely easier getting up and sitting down .Did not get the "round bowel" as stated on this review,got the elongated bowel,much more comfortable. ... show more

We had a plumber install this toilet this week and we are very pleased with it. I love the height of this toilet, it does makes it so much easier to lower onto the seat. The seat is comfortable too. The slow close seat and lid is an extra plus - no more dropping the seat to a loud slam. A feature that I especially like is the button under the seat that allows you to remove the entire seat for cleaning. We like this toilet so much, that we are ordering another. ... show more

The height is great, but the cons were significant: Expensive to install due to a lot of fittings not matching the existing one. VERY low level water. Plumber was shocked, saying it looked like less than a gallon. Very low pressure flush. Must hold down the handle for a long time, and still often need to flush again. Unlike the listing, it is NOT easy to clean or stain resistant. It needs to be cleaned daily, at a minimum. A single #2 visit leaves stains and rings! Even minutes after use, some stains are already stuck on and requiring scrubbing. The box indicated no brand name, even though the listing at the time did have a brand name (the same as the seller’s store name). Made in China. The box and paperwork did not list any of the features from the listing. ... show more

I have an elderly grandfather who lives with me and he complains that the toilet is too low for him to sit comfortable. This product came at a good time. The toilet is a two piece, top with the water tank and the bottom toilet piece. It fits most standard toilet setting with 12 inches from the finish wall to the center of the drain hole. The only thing I want to complain would be the unnecessary for the height of the water tower, it's unusually large for a toilet that claims to be water efficient, could've save some weight and not as high. The toilet dimensions are 33inches tall (17 inches for the toilet bowl, and another 16 inches on the water tower), 24inches long, and it's about 14inches wide. ... show more
