I have been searching for a decent face care device for face lifting purpose recently and one of my friends recommended this product. This is my first time trying a microcurrent facial device and it has been great so far. I’ve been using this device for almost 2 weeks for 10 mins every day. I could definitely feel that it helps absorb those skin care products faster than I just leave it there. After washing my face right after I come back from work, I either put on moisturizing creams or a face mask and start from the low vibration mode and gently massage from the chin and all the way up to my forehead. Even with my short usage of 2 weeks, I can feel that it really works for me. I am pretty sure that I will see the result of face lifting and reduced wrinkles when I use this device more and more. This tired mama of two toddlers is definitely aging quickly! My skin has been feeling dull, tired and neglected. I’m also seeing more fine lines and wrinkles. This product helped revitalize my skin only after a few uses! I was quite surprised. With a cleansed face, prepped with toner, emulsion or serum, I use the first level massager. I think this loosened up my muscles and prepped it for the micro currents. The first time I used it, I was scared because it was prickly/the currents were something new. But after using it a few times it became easier and I can see my skin lifting/tightening. After using, I rinse and towel dry so that it’s ready and clean for the new use.     • Stopped working in 2 months
I received this for a Christmas. It’s sat in the box until mid February. The electro current no longer works and nothing works past the first click, only vibration, micro current is dead. I wasn’t even good at using it every day so it’s maybe had 15 uses in total. Save your money!!!!

Updated review: My device stopped working properly after 2 mos (see my initial review below) somehow the company overlooked my first email informing them of the problem I was having and requesting assistance. I emailed them a second time I also came on here to Amazon and posted a review and posted a seller review. They saw my reviews and replied to my email issuing me a full refund and they said they are also sending me a new device! I’m very pleased with their customer service now! I ask for either a new device or a refund and they have issued me both! They seem to genuinely care about the customer and providing a good product. Somehow my first email fell through the cracks and I know these things can happen. So if you do have difficulty with the device I suggest sending the email to customer service which is provided in the pamphlet as well as posting reviews here on Amazon. Be sure to post to seller review as well. I am hopeful that I will get noticeable results with a new device when it arrives and I will come back here to post my results. But the customer service is excellent. I only gave three stars because I need to test out the new device first. Initial review: This device broke after two months so I can’t send it back to Amazon because their windows 30 days, it’s supposed to have a one year warranty…. I contacted customer support via the email address they give in the booklet. Almost a week later and no response! So much for the one year warranty! I have used it and cared for it as instructed. Only the first to settings are now working and honestly I don’t feel like it’s made any difference on my skin. I used it consistently four times a week. So basically I just threw away some money, take my advice and don’t do the same!!! If the seller sees this review, reaches out to me and honors the one-year warranty, I will come back and revise my review regarding customer support. 59 year old female here. I've been using this device every day for 2 weeks and definitely notice a difference. My skin is tighter and more lifted. My eyelids seem to be lifting with every use and I see marked improvement along my jawline. I expect to see more improvement as I continue to use it, as I have read full benefits of microcurrent happen after 4 weeks of use. My tolerance for the current is level 2. Level 3 was very strong and too much for me. I also like to finish my daily treatment with the vibration and level 1 current for the last 2 minutes. This is very relaxing. Easy to use. Battery charge good , long lasting. Note; you have to have your face moist in order to fell the current on the pink mode. Also it’s not strong at all. If you have never use any laser, micro currency or other treatments this is good for you . I still will keep it . Still helps . Before I got pregnant I was going to a Korean spa to get expensive facials and laser treatments (for my problematic skin) which I love and are very effective. Because I am breastfeeding now, I haven’t been able to go back for over a year but wanted to do some maintenance at home and this little gadget is surprisingly effective. I noticed that my jaw and cheekbones looked more defined after my first use of it, and that my skin looks overall healthier with a nice glow. It definitely helps reduce puffiness as well. Make sure to use a conductive gel or serum (must be water based, not oil!!) so the micro current actually works. It won’t replace my Korean treatments, but it’s definitely worth it for at home results/maintenance especially for the price. Two thumbs up from me! ... show more

Sits well in my hand, nice weight, glides well across skin. At first, thought the electrocurrent was nonexistent but I was simply not using enough moisturizer. I was actually pretty happy with the item, until it died 3 months later.
