I recently tried out this towel warmer, and overall, it’s a solid option for keeping towels warm throughout the day. When you fold the towels as compact as possible, it does a great job of maintaining warmth for an extended period. When I first got this towel warmer, I was not folding them very compact, and I thought the towel warmer was not doing a great job. But it was how I was folding them. I work eight hour days and my towels stay warm all day long. They take about an hour to warm up so if you are in a hurry, warm them up in the microwave first. Another thing to keep in mind is that, according to state board regulations, you’ll want to leave the door open when the warmer isn’t in use to ensure proper state board rules are followed. The media could not be loaded. This Forpro brand premium hot towel. Warmer is pretty simple to use. All I did was plug it in. I unpack all the bubble wrap inside and I wet my towels that I stick them inside to warm up. The size is great. It’s nice and roomy so it actually holds quite a few towels along with a mask to warm up for my treatment. The quality is really nice. I highly recommend it. ... show more

I have been using this towel warmer for months now. I have had no issues with it. It heats up quickly but not instantly so you have to plan for heat up time. I can fit 6 towels and a couple of massage oil pump bottles in it together. There is a drip tray that does have to be cleaned out regularly or it gets gross but that is way better then it dripping everywhere which it does not do . I really, really hate to leave a bad review but I am so disappointed! I purchased this product a few months ago for my brand new business and it has just completely stopped working, the heating element will not turn on. There is no way to get a hold of the seller since it broke after the return window. Huge bummer. ... show more

I like that it's compact yet holds a lot of wascloths. It's annoying to have to empty the water tray ever day or it'll leak but hey for this price and size i can work with it. It looks nice on my beauty cart and feels sturdier than the smaller cube that I bought and returned.
