    • MAX SPEED IS 30.9MPH AT LEVEL 5 AND NOT 34 MPH
My middle section gears can't switch to the lowest gear and bike is doing maximum of 30.9mph not 34 as stated. I'm wondering if there is a website where we can get replacement parts.

I had a small issue with the battery pack. Upon unboxing, apparently the battery got damaged during shipping, which was no fault of the seller. However the seller upon communication, immediately offered generous options to resolve the issue including replacement of the battery. Great product and after sale service 👌 👍. ... show more
