The installation process was a breeze, taking less than 30 minutes to complete, thanks to the pre-assembled parts and clear instructions. What really stands out is how sturdy and stable the bike is. The 35 LB flywheel and thick alloy steel frame make it feel incredibly solid, and I feel confident using it, knowing it can easily support heavier users. The ride itself is smooth and nearly silent—I was amazed by how quiet it is, even when increasing the resistance. I can work out without disturbing anyone in the house, which is a huge plus. Speaking of resistance, the adjustable levels on this bike are fantastic. Whether I’m warming up or pushing myself for a more intense session, the bike responds perfectly, allowing me to tailor my workouts for cardio, fat burning, or muscle building.     • Great basic stationary bike

This bike is great for the price. Bought it to help work on rehabbing my knee after surgery. I wasn't looking for any bells and whistles so this does what I need it to (all that I expected for this price). I am not the most handy person but put it together by myself in less than an hour. It's fairly stable but does have a little wobble to it while riding (might be able to do some adjusting to take care of that but haven't bothered to as it's still definitely stable enough to use). The height adjustments on the seat and handlebars are relatively easy to set and seem to accommodate a wide range of heights (I'm 5'8'' and had the seat extra high initially to take excess tension off my knee after surgery). Seat is not the most comfortable but it was easy to swap it out for a cushier one I bought off Amazon. I also didn't like the straps on the peddles but had no issue taking them off with a screwdriver. The flywheel mechanism is almost completely silent -no need to turn tv/tablet way up and the husband and kittens all sleep through it while I use it. The resistance dial is super easy to use. It has low enough resistance that my post-op knee could handle it but I've since been able to get good cardio workouts at mid/high level resistance settings. I've not had a great experience with the heart rate monitor (doesn't pick up every beat, specifically, the display rarely shows higher than 75 bpm even when I'm counting 110-130 bpm manually or on my Fitbit). Since I already use a Fitbit, the heart rate tracker wasn't a big deal for me. The display itself is also super basic but I generally just use it to keep an eye on the time and wouldn't trust the accuracy of the calorie counter. This bike is compact, quiet, and a relatively cheap investment if you're wanting to incorporate cycling into your home workout routine. Not sure what is out there in this price range that offers a better monitor/computer but my guess is you'd pay a lot more so I'm happy with what I got. If those are important to you, you might want to keep looking or increase your budget. ... show more

My initial experience with this bike wasn't great overall, but customer service was exceptional. Read on for reviews of bikes 1 and 2 and how CS handled it all. If you have doubts or issues with this product, know they will do their best to help you out. Initial Review: Bike 1 Purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself to use in conjunction with a popular cycling app. Upon first impressions, I was pleased. Delivery was sooner than expected. It was well packaged. Heavy but not too heavy or bulky. Assembly was fairly easy, took about an hour with a 4-year-old distraction/helper. The main body comes preassembled, so that made it even easier. Instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. Moving the bike into the gym was simple enough and I was able to roll it into the room myself just fine. Once I got things adjusted and hopped on, I was surprised at how quiet it was...Which is great for an early morning workout. That being said, being around 5 feet tall, this is a bit of a stretch for my frame. I can just barely comfortably use it, but I'm making it work. Sadly though, after only 90 minutes of ride time, I discovered a portion of the frame that came preassembled was faulty or poorly assembled. The portion that encased the belt that runs from the pedals to the front wheel doesn't line up with all the screws and started popping apart, rubbing on the front wheel making a horribly irritating sound. I have tried twice to correct this issue because getting it back into the box to return it isn't going to happen. Now, after only 120 minutes of ride time, the bike is creaking and the belt case is coming apart again. Overall, not a bad bike, but also flawed in its preassembled components. I also wish it measured cadence. I would have liked to get more than 2 hours of use out of it before it started coming apart at the seams, so I'm not sure how long this bike will last. ********UPDATE: ********* The seller contacted me to address the issues with bike 1. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and extremely quick to correct the problem. Within about a week, they replaced the entire bike with bike 2, and I (thankfully) did not have to return bike 1 to do so. They do care if their customers are happy. And that's a big deal! The following is a review of the replacement bike. Bike 2: Again, assembly was incredibly quick and easy. Easy to move and adjust if needed. I do wish it had a spring-loaded style adjustable knob for the seat rather than screw style, but no biggie. I still had the same issues with the frame size since I'm not getting any taller, so still, something to keep in mind if you are on the shorter side. (I'm 5'0). The preassembled portion, I ensured did have screws that are aligned, but there is a slight bulge in the casing, so I hope it holds and doesn't go the way of bike 1. After getting bike 2, I realized the magnetic resistance on bike 1 wasn't nearly as strong as bike 2, which makes sense since there were other issues with bike 1. The replacement (bike 2) they sent me has great resistance, easy to adjust. It's a very quiet bike. I've only gotten about 30 minutes of ride time on it so far, so fingers crossed it continues to perform well. I have no doubt that if there is an issue, the company will take care of me.
