We love this blanket. We have old tattered ones in the living room that we use during some of the colder Florida winter nights. Yes, it can get rather damp and chilly in South FL, but no question that we need a thin blanket. This fits the bill. I have lots of skin allergies so soft and fluffy is important to me. As well, it is pretty and a soft gentle blue that's calming to us. One downside for me is that my cat likes to cuddle up between my legs while I watch TV. This new blanket will be full of his fur. Every evening before I go to bed I use the lint roller. It will surely wear down the material soon enough. That's the price of having a cat and keeping things clean. In any case, this blanket is not very expensive, so I'll order another one when it's time. I didn't take off any points for that. Also, this blanket washes and dries very easily. It doesn't shrink. I use this to cover my new sofa so the cats do not scratch it up. It is soft so the kitties and I love it. Looks nice, good price, but not super thick....a little thin so if you want something to wrap around you in cold winter this is not it. But in summer, Spring and Fall it does just great.
