This is a wonderful purple shampoo and conditioner. However, not too happy about my shampoo leaking before I even received it. BUT!! It didn’t leak that much and it was kept in a sealed bag so it didn’t get everywhere. No biggie!! My review of the products: this is the absolute best purple shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever tried. It is also the first repurchase of a purple shampoo/conditioner. Toner never lasts more than one wash in my hair, so that’s out the window. These keep my hair beautifully ash-toned and I am definitely going to keep purchasing these until I do a different hair color. Pics attached are the before/after!! I don’t have any complaints with this product! It did what it is supposed to do without making my hair super dry. It’s good, but I only gave 4 stars due to it leaving some blue spots in my hair. They can easily be washed out, but I have to wash my hair twice which is quite stripping. Love the product tho ... show more

I love this shampoo but am extremely disappointed in the lack of care for product shipping protection. The shampoo bottle came in a sealed plastic bag that was placed in a small box (without bubble wrap or other protection) that was shipped inside a larger box (again, without packaging protection). The shampoo bottle and sealed plastic bag arrived covered in shampoo. The shampoo bottle pump/dispenser was unlocked and a considerable amount of shampoo was lost (photos 1 and 2). I also purchased the conditioner, which arrived in the same condition (photos 3 and 4). In terms of the shampoo itself, it works very well and has a nice fragrance. Its creamy texture loosens tangles and leaves hair feeling silker. I purchased the small size bottle (8.8 oz) several times but like the shampoo so much that I decided to set up a subscription for the large size bottle (33.8 oz). I would have given this product a 5 star rating if it were not for the condition of the product upon arrival. ... show more

I absolutely love this shampoo and the conditioner however at stores around me you can only buy the tiny bottles so when I found the large 33oz bottles here I was super excited. Then it came to me….. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner at the same time, they were shipped in different boxes however both came with the pumps up meaning they were opened. Both bags had product inside that leaked during shipping. I wasn’t even too bothered by that but then I went to use it, this is where it went all wrong. The shampoo bought from a retailer in small bottle is the smooth silky shampoo we all know comes out of the bottles but the product that came out of what I got here was clumpy and gritty didn’t even lather in my hair and felt gross. I assume this product probably sat too long in a warehouse in heat and spoiled. Maybe I even got someone else’s returns as to why the pumps were “sprung” open as well. Not sure but I’m going to try a replacement of product and hope for the best this time. It is annoying that I now have to run to staples 15 miles away to send this bottle back but I will as I’m not paying for 2 bottles and really hope this one will be ok since I love the brand so much. The shampoo itself is wonderful when it’s good … smells absolutely amazing and leaves my hair feeling so silky and keeps frizz at bay. The conditioner is even better … I don’t need to use 1/2 of what I do of other brands to be able to comb thru my hair in shower, again smells soooo good and feels great in my hair.
