The product itself is incredible and works wonders on my hair. Problem is, I ordered two different bottles and neither one of the pumps work. I tried all the tricks I saw on Reddit to try and get it to work and no luck. I see it’s a common theme in the comments.

I never leave reviews but I have to warn others how awful this product is. I purchased both the shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo came damaged, but still useable. After the first night of using these soaps, I woke up confused because my hair still felt damp? Turns out, this product leaves a disgusting, heavy, greasy residue behind. No matter how much you rinse, it will 1000% leave behind a ton of grease that makes your hair super heavy and dirty looking. I’ve given them a try a couple more times since then and it’s the same result. My hair looks like it hasn’t been washed in weeks. I would love a refund since I’m trashing almost full bottles but whatever. Do NOT buy these trash products. ... show more

When I received my product, it was sealed in a ziplock bag. However, the bottle seemed to have opened in shipping and it was spilled in the plastic bag. what product I did get to use, it was woderful and made my hair soft and shiny.

Did away with my conditioner because it had tons of chemicals, loved it though. Was suggested I use this product. I am astounded by how great this is. My hair can be course, even just after washing..I put this on and can feel the difference. My hair is manageable, soft and frizz free.
