The media could not be loaded. I searched for weeks for an E-bike that would fit my 6’ 1” 225lb frame at a reasonable price. I was looking for something to go on or off road with enough power to assist me up hills and enough speed to outrun the weather should it turn bad at a moments notice like it tends to do here in Louisiana. I came across this Amyet EV900X and I am glad I did! First off the bike came in really fast (4) days. It was boxed up well protected and when unboxed it was 95 percent assembled. The only things I had to put on were the handle bars, front tire and fenders. Took about 30 minutes max. Charged the battery up overnight and took it out for its first ride the next day. Rode it about 10 miles and boy was I impressed. I am 56 years old and the pedal assist is amazing. Went up several hills I would never had made it up without it. On the straightaways I opened the pedal assist up to the highest level (5) and got the speed up to 30 mph before quickly slowing down! I love speed but even I was nervous traveling this fast. I traveled most of the my trip on level 1 or level 2 pedal assist and it was perfect! Was able to burn 350 calories without overdoing my old joints. My neighbor has a 5000.00 E-bike and when he saw mine and ride it he was questioning why he spent so much on his. Great bike for a great price.
