    • Great cable when the one on the charger doesn't quite reach the charge port...
All in all it is a great extension cable. The only thing that I don't like is that the part that connects to the car does not feel very sturdy. They should have invested a bit more and made that connector part a bit more heavy duty. I feel like if this slips out of my hand and drops that it is going to break. Bought this extension to use at home with a Lectron Vbox that just barely didn't reach the far side of the garage. Came quickly an was packaged well. Had minor issue with product and reached out to customer service who offered me multiple resolution choices to make sure I was 100% happy and my issue was resolved. I've bought multiple items from this company, but this is the first time I had to deal with customer service and how thorough and thoughtful they were in resolving my concerns speaks volumes to how they do business. It connects and charges at 48amps for a few minutes but fails after a few minutes. I think the plug contacts are not making a good connection. Regardless, the car will not charge with this cable. Testing with a different extension cable works fine. Both the car and the charger will tolerate the extension. Unfortunately, the return window has passed, so now I have a useless cable. ... show more

Finally I can reach to charge my car while its in the driveway. I'm using a Level 2 charger at 32 amps for my Jeep 4xE and this extender is an exact fit for it providing an additional 21 feet for me or any guests who come over and need a charge. Also, isn't it annoying when you're out and need to charge but someone's parked in the stall and not charging? I keep this in the car for that very scenario! ... show more
