    • Adapter damaged my Tesla car charger

After a 30 days. This adapter damaged my car charger. It’s not certified adapter and gets heated up and all of the sudden stops to charge. I tried to reach out to the seller after returning window. I can’t get any support from either Amazon or the seller. Wasting money and time.

Bought this several months ago to charge my Volvo XC40 Recharge from our Tesla charger. We use it several times a week and it has worked fine. The body is plastic, so we will see how it holds up, but it is a good buy for the price.

Works with Tesla mobile charger (level 2) with my sons 2024 ioniq 5. He was having variable luck getting free charging with electrify America so this is at least guaranteed for topping off overnight. Will update if it stops working or locks up.
