Very happy with this purchase. It is a very good size unit. Supply line hooked to waterline. It is a gravity drain so you will need to install a sanitary drain or a direct drain because the unit does not refrigerate the ice. It is basically a cooler under the ice maker. Unit makes more ice than I could use in a day. Unit holds about 20lbs of ice in the container. Ice cycles every 10 minutes or so. I fill my cooler for my work truck every morning. If you purchase ice at the store, the price of the unit will pay for itself in about 2months. The unit has a 1 year warranty. Makes a decent amount of ice but fairly noisey for inside use. Does drain all the time and the ice compartment isn't kept cold so it melts rather quickly on a hot day in Florida.

Within the first couple weeks, I began to receive E1 and E2 errors, the ice machine would stop producing ice all together. A simple power on/off resolved the issue the first couple times. By one month, the machine stopped producing ice completely and the pump is not working. Reached out to Euhomy support and they do not have the replacement part in stock, requiring shipment from China which will take 2 weeks to receive. By the time I receive the part, I will have spent over $100 because buying ice to fulfill the duties this machine was originally purchased to fulfill. A $400 ice machine has now become a $500 ice machine with no other options or offers from Euhomy to rectify quicker or compensate. When it worked, the machine was great. But such a short breakdown and lack of good customer support is a deal break for me. If I was still within my Amazon return window I would send back, unfortunately I was days over my return window when it died. ... show more

We have had the ice maker for about a year. It worked great but started to have issues. I reached out and the customer service representative answered quickly and and suggested some things we should do and within a day the machine was back to normal. Great Product and great customer service.

Using in my garage all summer and so far it’s worked great for cocktails and icing down beers. I set mine to -6 for smallest sized cubes and it works great! I also have a filter setup right before the pine for cleaner water. Very easy setup. Hopefully it will last a few years.

The machine is perfect size physically to fit under a counter. The amount of ice made daily is roughly a 5 gallon bucket full. This is perfect for big cooler Dailey use. The machine worked great first few days but then started stopping after a couple of batches of ice. Euhomy support team was very responsive even with the large time difference.
