In the process of doing some construction on an off site property where there’s no electricity or internet. This camera was the perfect solution to my needs to monitor the worksite. Connectivity through the cell signal is great and the plans are very reasonable. The AI tracking is great where the camera will actually track someone who enters the view of the camera. We use this at our off grid chicken coop /greenhouse area, works perfect! We are currently letting it run on WiFi and it’s really far from the house and working perfectly fine, but it’s capable of 4G LTE if needed, the videos are amazingly clear, catches everything, has a super bright spotlight at night, solar powered panel, stays at 100% full almost always, easy to install, setup was fast and super easy!     • Simplest 4G camera setup there is
I wanted this 4G camera as a backup for an existing wired camera monitoring a high security area. The idea was to ensure reliable video collection in the case that the internet went down or was physically compromised. From previous experience with cellular connected cameras I did not look forward to the prospect of dealing with carrier issues such as establishing accounts, SIM cards, APN settings, etc. However, I was extremely impressed by the simplicity of setting up the 4G LTE S330. I discovered that the cellular issues were almost completely abstracted away based upon the inclusion of a pre loaded Riot SIM card, as well as the seamless connectivity of both the WiFi as well as the 4G to the same Eufy app. I also liked the response time of the camera positioning, the resolution of the 4K video through the WiFi connection and the extra dimension of coverage through the pan/ tilt functionality. Will definitely be purchasing additional cameras in the near future. A great find! ... show more

    • Not worth the time
I have a number of eufy cameras, doorbell, floodlights and the homebase storage system, and I'm a huge fan. I purchased the S330 specifically for the LTE function as a remote location. Yes, you have to purchase a cell data package, which isn't cheap if you need 24/7/365 service. Once I accepted that given the need I installed the camera. Since I had the eufy app, set up was pretty fast. The first time I completed set up, the camera worked as advertised for about 30 seconds then lost all connection. Over the course of the next 16 hours, I went through set up no less than 15 more times. The best I could achieve was a still black & white video image with no control of other camera functions. The LTE signal was 3-4 bars, but I still took it to a better location to eliminate the signal question. With 5 bars signal, I got the exact same results. While going through all of these setup attempts, I really burned my data plan up and the camera won't work. I hope I'm not stuck with this thing, it's junk. Get an S340 if you don't need LTE, it really works good. ... show more

The Eufy Security 4G LTE Cam S330, 4K is awesome and works very well. I did have some issues recently since I have had it (several months) with why it was not recording events. After researching and contacting Eufy customer service, (via email/text) I was informed to purchase an SD class 10 128gm card. Now that my issue was not with the camera itself, I purchased a new SD (SanDisk -Max Endurance) card in which the camera formatted the SD Card-- and now the camera is up and running -recording events. ... show more
