I have been taking T Hero for about 6 months now and I have to tell you that it's great stuff, but with that being said it takes time to rebuild your bodies ability to produce testeron naturally and it's not going to happen overnight, especially if you are older like myself going on 70 years old this year. I have a background as a personal fitness instructor and health club manager from my early twenties through my mid fourties and I also have chronic pain problems that causes me to adjust my fitness training to fit my abilities at my age and physical abilities presently but I think you have to realize that your body is not going to change overnight and it takes time, good eating habits and persistence in your workouts to see any real results. For the people who are expecting results overnight, you are only going to get out of something exactly what you are willing to put into it so leaving a negative review after only a few days or weeks of using this supplement is not only a ridiculous review, it also shows that you lack the commitment it takes to achieve your goals and are only hoping for a "quick fix" due to your lack of long-term commitment to your personal health. This stuff works but it's not a miracle pill, give it time to work into your system and you will definitely see great results. I personally have lost over 55 lbs over the past year and have gained muscle mass and physical abilities that I thought were just something that was in my past but since I started taking this supplement I have seen significant gains in my training abilities and my stamina during my workouts... but like I said, it won't happen overnight but you didn't get out of shape overnight either so remember that it's a long term commitment you have to be willing to make and follow through with. I gave it 5 stars and wish I could give it more but hopefully my review will help people realize that it is good stuff but it's not going to happen suddenly, testeron therapy takes time. just started taking these for 3 days now. 1 capsule in the morning and one as soon as I'm off work. The first day I took them almost 20 min after my whole body had a warmth and it was magical like suddenly I had energy I never knew. I mean I worked all day then I usually sit and watch TV because I'm exhausted but I sat down and got bored. I started doing the chores I wanted to do for weeks. Could be my misconception but I was constantly surprised how little time seemed to pass instead of looking at my watch and hours have passed by. I felt clear headed for once. At night man was I horny lol. and I got a decent amount of sleep. Day 2. I took the recommended dosage and started getting a slight headache. I started getting really hungry. usually I only have coffee in the morning but I had to eat. come lunch time it was the same just hungry. headaches came back so I took Tylenol and it went away. I didn't have that burst of energy but I felt more normal than I have in a while. Day 3. (today) woke up with headache... drank a ton of water... went to the bathroom every hour it seamed. I noticed that my stomach has gone down. took another Tylenol and so far no other symptoms... seems my libido has increased. Doing research some double blind studies have found that each of the ingredients were safe, and had a significant impact with those that did take the supplements with no adverse side affects with 60 to 90 days of taking the same dosage or higher. So far my personal opinion is the only side affect is a headache and maybe that too shall pass. I'm interested to see how the results pan out in 30-60 days as thats when the supplements hit their target results. ... show more

Some of the reviews were 1 star… I should have heeded their warnings. This stuff is terrible and expensive.. About 8 hours after taking I developed a massive terrible headache.. hoping it was just a coincidence I waited two days then took it again.. same result.. pay attention to the reviewed and do not buy this stuff. ... show more

I had my T levels tested in 2019 and they were 438. This is normal and then I asked my doctor if he could check it again he said I have too much muscle to have low T. So he didn’t test it. I paid a lab to do the test on 1 Nov 2023 and the results were 431. I started taking this supplement on 1 Nov 2023 at half of what was recommended for the first month. Then went up to the two pills recommended. I had my annual and asked my doctor to check my T levels because I was taking this supplement. Got my T level results back on 23 Feb 2024 and it was 536. I just turned 60 and these numbers are great. I am trimming down and going strong in the gym again. How I found this product was by looking for ingredients that have been studied and show and effect of T levels. I chose this product because of the reviews and it looked to have the most ingredients that showed it increased T levels. I’m sleeping better and feeling better. No issues at all. How to take this product is very vague! With food? Without food? Morning? Evening? You're pretty much on your own. I read a review that it works great before a workout. I took two, and went to the gym. One hour later, I became nauseous and spent the next 5min in the bathroom. Then I took one pill in the morning a couple of days later. An hour later I broke into a cold sweat and felt dizzy! It took 30min for it to pass before feeling better. I don't believe I will continue to take this product. ... show more
