The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely IN LOVE with these pots and pans! They are probably the most nonstick stovewares I've ever used. As nonstick as they are, cleaning them also becomes a easy task. The surfaces are very durable that I never need to worry about leaving scratched marks!! The handles are coated with a smooth layer which feels very luxury. It's pretty hard now to find pots and pans like these with such a friendly price. I already recommended them to my friends. I would rate these pans 5 Stars if I had a complete set. They are awesome but the vendor is not. I have an induction cooktop and all but the sauce pan talk to my cooktop, there is something defective in the bottom of the sauce pan and I had contacted the vendor TWICE in TWO WEEKS for a replacement and all I got was crickets. The pans themselves are amazing, they are so non-stick they are barely wet after being washed because even water won't 'stick'. They cook well and evenly but are light weight enough that I can lift a pan full of food off the stovetop and empty it into a waiting bowl without the need for two hands. They won't go in the dishwasher or the oven but I don't use pans that way anyway. You will LOVE these pans IF you can find another vendor from which to purchase them. And all three times I have tried to post this review it will not, giving me the impression Amazon does not want it out there as I think these came straight from Amazon.     • Missing screws & manufacturer contact impossible
I would have given a 5 star for the cookware, were it not for the one problem encountered in assembling...they shorted packing 2 screws for putting the handles on the 5 quart pot. While not a tragedy or in any way takes away from serviceability of the cookware, it is an inconvenience to have to try to find screws that will work as, despite Eslite's contact us if a problem arises statement, it is seemingly impossible to do so ... show more

I really like these pots and pans, however it’s been less than six months and the handles are all coming loose. The larger pan screw is now completely stripped and I’m now getting rid of them one by one as I’m no longer able to return. It’s not as easy as just replacing the screw. Now I’m off to search for new pots and pans once again. ... show more

    • Handles don't take heat
First time used the burner on my gas stove burnt the handle. The handles are loose on 2 pans. The set should include 2 small size sauce pans instead of just one. These pans are good for one pot dinners with the two large deep pans, but not a 3-4 course (item) dinner.

I received my pots and pans yesterday and was really pleased until I realized today that the wok lid had quite a large noticeable dent in the metal rim. I called Amazon to see if I could get a replacement lid. I did not want to send back the set as I had already unboxed and started using it. I just wanted an undamaged lid. I like the even heating and very easy cleaning but most of all the size of the frying pan. 9 1/2 just short of the average 10in. I’ve used. Great for cooking eggs and my size pancakes. I’m very pleased with everything about this beautiful set !!
