The machine works great. the spin cycle is impressive and the wash is thorough, but the process takes time and effort to complete one cycle of clothes. The drain hose and inlet hose are too short for my wash area. So, i have to carry the machine to drain after each wash. No Problem, one load at a time. So, i am adding a longer drain hose and a larger inlet hose to ease the pain of carrying the machine after each wash to drain. the last and most important thing is the machine shuts off after you unplug it. Or, to say it a better way, the wall outlet MUST BE RESET AFTER UNPLUGGING THE MACHINE to drain. if you plug back in the machine will not work. It needs 60 hz for peak demand, which is very high. Great product for the price; washes and spins things “dry” very well. Most lightweight clothes can be done in 5 minutes or so. Like others, I find its weakness being that while spinning things have to be centered EXACTY to get going. Once you find that “magic spot,” the powerful motor squeezes out water amazingly well. A Godsend, post-surgery; keep mine outdoors, covered by a trash bag and tucked under the picnic table, where a chair normally goes. Fills quickly w/ a garden hose; I drain it through the deck floor, no mess. Washer capacity is quite large, can do several (4?) pairs of PJ’s or one full size sheet, e.g., without stuffing; spin tub is inexplicably much smaller, so loads need to be broken up into smaller units. Wish I had owned such a product in my youthful 20’s; could have saved myself countless trips to the laundromat. ... show more

I used the dryer about four times and it couldn’t get my one pair of shorts dry. Then completely stop letting me set the timer to use it at all. This is only my second day with it! I’m very disappointed. When the dryer was working it put off a foul smell. Not worth the money!

The product works as advertised and gets the job done. I live with a family of 6 and we don't have a car. Getting to the Laundromat is a long bus ride, so buying this was the only option I had. I bought the smaller one, and hoped that it would work but felt iffy until it arrived. Plugged it in, filled with water and turned it on, worked like a charm. The only issues I have is with the noise, I have to put a towel underneath, since my neighbor lives below me, to muffle the sounds. This only applies to really drying so it's not too bad. The spinner stops at times and I need to either drain the washer or wait a couple minutes for it to work again, but it works so I'll take it! The clothes get really dry through the spinner, only really heavy clothing is needed to be spun twice or three times, however I don't have a problem with that. Just wished I got the bigger one, but unfortunately it wasn't within my budget. Other than that, I wished I had thought of buying this sooner! ... show more

The hoses doesn't fit my faucets, so I use a bucket to fill it. It washes very clean the filter does the job. It is so much fun to do laundry and I save so much money then going to the laundry room to wash. I wash blankets and towels. It washes a lot and the spin is so great, I hang the clothes in the house and they dry so fast, this was a great buy, worth every penny I paid, thank so much. ... show more
