    • There’s a hard plastic piece where the baby kicks

This bouncer is great for a lot of reasons. It’s very reactive so the baby doesn’t need to make large motions in order to bounce, it’s easy to use, and very easy to clean. I also really like the mesh, it’s soft and very breathable. The grey material at the bottom and over the buckles is a little abrasive though, and I didn’t like it touching my very young baby. Now that my baby is 5 months it’s not so much of a concern. The buckle also doesn’t adjust very small so it might not be great at containing a smaller baby. I really only put my baby in there while we eat and I’m watching him the entire time. While he really likes to jump he hasn’t really taken to the bouncer. The deal breaker for me is the hard piece of plastic in the middle of the area where the baby kicks. This piece of plastic is located behind the seat and is used to adjust the height of the chair (also very easy to do) but the baby can kick the plastic through the material (at every height). Some foam on top of the plastic might do the trick but I’d really rather see it moved further back or to a better location. ... show more

We bought this for our baby when she was 4 months old because she kept hitting her feet on the plastic part of her traditional bouncer. That is not a problem with this bouncer. She loves it! She sits in it every morning. I love how easy it is to fold and put away. The case it comes in is nice too.

I love this bouncer however my only issue is I wish it had a lower setting because with a newborn they are still working those neck muscles so I had to constantly reposition my sons head.

This is a really good, simple and travel friendly baby bouncer. I think it does come with some flaws though- the seat is a bit too far down which makes baby bouncing themselves by wiggling their legs not very effective. They can do it but not nearly as well as other bouncers. The mesh seat on mine appears to be getting stretched out and I have an average sized 3.5 month old and we've only had it a week. It's minimal right now, so it doesn't affect anything, but I found it weird. The transition from one position to another is clunky, but for us that's fine bc baby girl doesn't nap in it. I desperately wish it had a toy bar that came with it or for separate purchase! None of these are deal breakers or make it a bad product, it's actually really fantastic, I just wouldn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise, it's very compact. My daughter loves it. Takes up minimal space, the colors are sleek, and it's easy to clean up spit and pee and poops off of. It comes with a carry case which is awesome! All in all, it's pretty great! Definitely an excellent product! And $100-$150 cheaper than its competitor! ... show more
