I recently purchased ErGears L-desk and have nothing but good things to say about it. So naturally when my girlfriend needed a new desk I got this one for her. She loves the height adjustment feature as it lets her set the height of the desk to her preferred height. We have found the desk to be quite sturdy easily holding her computer and peripherals while still smoothly and silently moving up or down. I do recommend that if you use the desk for office work or gaming to get a cable management kit as it helps keep things nice and tidy around the desk. This desk is very appealing and it suits my WFH needs perfectly. Received all pieces with no damage. It is stable and when lifted it remains stable, with only slight movement as to ne expected. I love the hooks on either side that are great for my headphones. The motor's sound is very soft. No issues with the height adjustment, as it doesn't shake or wabble. Very smooth movement. The only small complaint I have is about the surface being in two pieces. You definitely notice the separation and putting weight on either one side does cause slight separation. Overall it is a great desk, just wish they had opted for a single piece of wood. I hired a handyman to assemble, and it took him about 30 minutes. ... show more

First let me just say that this desk was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to understand and they say that you can use a drill or Phillips screw driver. I went with the screw drive because i was too lazy to go into the garage and grab my drill. Everything fit together perfectly and the starter holes for the screws were lined up perfectly. It probably too me a half hour to put it together, you might save 10 minutes if you use a drill. There are 3 presets i programmed 1 for sitting and 1 for standing. It doesn't get much easier than this. The only thing i would honestly change would be the power cord. It's one of those cords that has that square boxy end that connects to the outlet. I'd rather have one that is a normal 2 or 3 prong. That is just personal preference. Overall: Quality of the desk is good Sturdiness is good Height for standing is perfect Height for sitting is perfect Super easy to assemble on my own I ended up ordering one of those desk sized mousepads to put on top of it to avoid normal wear and tear. ... show more

This is a well built table BUT I feel they skimped on the thickness of the table top. It's only 1/2 thick, thus the screws that secure the top are shorter. The top material is flake board & once assembled I attempted to move it lifting slightly on the top which pulled out several screws. Top should be a minimum of 3/4 inches. Otherwise we'll built.
