After looking for a rear view camera for our travel trailer, I came across this one at a much better price than what the RV dealerships had to offer. It mounted perfectly where the pre-wired mount was located and even plugged up with very little effort. Camera was installed in less than 5 minutes. I mounted the monitor in my truck using the suction cup mount and as soon as I powered it up, I had a crystal clear view with a great wireless connection from the rear of our 31' trailer. With some very slight downward adjustment, I had a perfect view of the rear mounted cargo and about 20' of the area behind the camper. The media could not be loaded. Oh, wow! I am so impressed with this adjustable, waterproof backup camera! I recently installed it in my van and it has helped me SO MUCH. The camera is super easy to mount and adjust, so I was able to get it set up in no time. The picture quality is amazing! I was a bit skeptical about the 5-inch monitor being too small, but it's actually the perfect size for my dashboard. The 5-inch monitor is crystal clear, and the night vision feature is incredibly useful. I can see everything behind me, even in the dead of night. It's so nice to have that extra peace of mind when driving in low-light conditions. I've been driving for years, and I can't believe how much more confident I feel backing up with this camera. It's like having a second set of eyes! It's completely waterproof, so I don't have to worry about it getting damaged in the rain or snow. Pros: Solid base to the camera Great picture Quality on Screen - HD Ease of use and menu options is very intuitive Wifi Connection is stable / Antennae adjustability is good Power Ports and Connections are good quality Cons: The kit needs better quality hardware. The non-plated tiny screws will rust and break especially mounted on the back of a trailer where the camera will see lots of water and road dirt. I thru-bolted mine with stainless steel hardware to deter this. The screen could be bigger especially if you get more than one camera. Spitting the tiny screen into 4 quadrants would be hard to see. The suction cup mount is low quality and does not stay put placed on dash. This could be a better peice. Overall, it is a good reliable kit so far. Time will tell whether the camera lens itself will fog over due to the waterproof seal failing. ... show more

I have used a smaller wireless camera from the same company for everyday use and I was very interested in trying this magnetic mount solar camera for trailer use. I had a perfect set of features. Solar means no extra charging. The magnet mount lets me install it before I head out and to help in hitching up. It has a nice large screen that mounts on the dash quickly and easy to use controls. I have a 30ft travel trailer and this lets me check behind in traffic or backing into a campsite. Very happy. ... show more
