Love this power cage. Got a fantastic deal. It is the perfect addition to my home gym. Sturdy and solidly made. Took me about 2 hrs. to put together by myself. Instructions were good. A good open end wrench and socket wrench will make it easier. Smooth action on the cables. I am 6 foot tall and it is the perfect height for pull ups and I get a great full range of motion on other excercises. Lat pull downs from a seated position work great. Doesn't take up a ton of space but is wide enough for both squats and bench excercises. The attachments while not the best are solid and will get the job done. Wish it had come with ankle straps. My wife loves the cables. Easier to use than free weights. You can get a great full body workout. I would definitely recommend this power cage to anyone who wants their own home gym. ... show more

After roughly one week of use, the ball shank fitting (the fitting that allows attachment to be added to the cables) sheared through the fitting, fell down abruptly, and smashed the black washer that allows the weight to rest on the spring. This has rendered the cable pulley system useless. I thought the value was too good to be true, and as it happens it was. Most of the other functionality works as expected, for now. ... show more

It started bad as it was missing the main cable. I sent a message to the seller and they made it right by having the cable sent to me. Other than that it has been an amazing power cage. I bought 300lb of weight for it and so far so good. I have used it almost every day, got to get the rest day in. It is so much better than going to the gym. Having just about everything that you would want right in your house, perfect. The only thing I added was a double D row handle. But that is personal preference. Make sure to get a good weight bench. Power rack is nice, although a little banged up from shipping. My only issue is they put the wrong weight holder. The one advertised (and it seems the same one everyone else here received) was not included, and was replaced by a cheap holder with no rollers. So it’s just plastic rubbing the guide pole. Extremely frustrating as this was the deciding factor choosing this over competitors. Contacted the seller. Still waiting for a reply. Will update. ... show more

This is the worst piece of garbage I have ever bought. It came in bent and broken, it’s missing pieces and the bolt holes on parts don’t even line up! If I could give this zero stars I would. I don’t recommend this junk rack and will never consider this company again.

Everything was in great condition, no scratches or dents. I was surprised from the reviews nothing came damaged it was packaged very neatly with styrofoam, the nuts and bolts came organized for each step made it easy to assemble. The tools that are included aren’t the best so expect to have your own tools to set up (wrenches & impact drill + maybe a clamp) some of the holes didn’t line perfect but I was able to use a clamp to press them in the right position. My sign says Mikolo instead of ER KANG I’m assuming it’s just an gym set shipped overseas and the manufacture didn’t place the purchasing business label I really don’t mind because for the price I give it 5 stars this is what I’ve been needing in my life no excuses now, it has everything you need. ... show more

I've been lifting weights for years. As small gyms continue to close I wanted to build something decent in my garage. I was a little hesitant on buying this because of the price but surprisingly it's a very well built machine.
