I have been using this power cage and cable system for almost a month now every day. I am happy with the quality of the construction, especially for the price point. It is well designed and my only complaints are minor. It is very easy to put together and if you are experienced you can do it by yourself. The media could not be loaded. We did a lot of research before purchasing the set. It came with the bench, which was a huge plus. My husband set it up himself in about three hours. We have been working out on this daily and I very very happy with it. There are so many options of workouts that we can do. We did buy a few pieces and still came way under what most gym sets would cost. My husband lifts heavy and feels like he gets just as good of a work out in. This is excellent for the money and you can really get a good workout in. The only issue I had was the screws had broke and was dumped all in the box. I found them all but took sometime .
