    • Beautiful lights!
I didn't use the remote control. The lights are bright and lovely, and plug in to a standard wall outlet. The remote looks like it needs to go through a computer or tablet, so isn't useful to me. But I would recommend the lights. They are great for tree or room decor.

Love these lights they add a touch of whimsy and magic to your home. The remote works well and they lights are tiny and you can turn the brightness up or down according to your preference. I recommend them.

I was shocked at how tiny the package was and didn't think the little reel would work. But I was very wrong! Fantastic brightness. Easy to use. I didn't bother with the remote so I can't review that. But VERY happy with my results!

I bought TWO different sets of these, one to replace the first, and both sets will NEVER come out of flashing mode once you put them in that mode. They simply stop responding to the remote commands completely. They will not turn on and off and power cycling does not correct them. If you set to flash, they flash FOREVER. ... show more

    • NOT 12VDC! They are 4.5VDC!
I bought these because the description said, "UL approved US standard adapter, output voltage of the mains plug is DC 12V, and its power consumption is only 6W..." I have 12VDC at my mailbox to power things like lights and bought them specifically because it said they were 12VDC. When they arrived I found that they are actually 4.5VDC and that is what it says in the technical description. So conflicting information. The plug is a strange proprietary mix of standard plugs. I can still use them by transforming down to 4.5V, but I was trying to avoid that. There were other lights I might have bought at a different voltage. This is probably not a problem for most since you will be using the plug that came with the item. So far I have only plugged them in briefly and they are beautiful. Time will tell how well the copper wire lasts. I will update if anything changes. ... show more
