Purchased this stackable unit and loved it. Worked great and used it all the time. Installed it myself, vented, in my 5th wheel. Then, months later, I got an e1 and e2 error code and the door stayed locked. Wouldn’t spin normally and drain pump motor sound was bad. This was in August. It is now January and my machine is still not fixed. In November the company said they were sending a drain pump and a tech out and to wait for the tracking number. Never happened. Then they blamed me saying it was because I didn’t answer my phone. But I can’t answer my phone at work and the numbers they leave never route back to a human being. They only route to a recording with no voice mail. I purchased this machine with an extended warranty and sadly, I think that’s the only way this machine will be fixed. 😞 ... show more

    • I'd give it 5 stars but it can be a little loud at times
Of your planning on doing big loads forget it. A couple of shirts and pants is fine, 2 beach towels is pushing it but the results are better than expected. I love that you can use 1 20amp circuit and don't need gas or a 220 outlet. Wash times vary depending on what you select. Drying times also vary but I have all the time in the world being retired. This is a second laundry in my home and is right outside my bathroom which is really nice. I was amazed at how well my clothing and towels spun out, so dry to the touch. If you have an RV or bigger bathroom this would be awesome or in my case an addition that we added a bathroom. Not to sure if apartments allow these but if they do there are exhaust kits on Amazon that dump the dryer air into a filtered bucket. So yeah your bigger loads will have to go to the complex laundry or a laundromat. I looked at buying a single unit that exhausts in the drain tune but some reviews mentioned that it clogged that tube up from time to time and I don't want no water mess to clean up. I think the price is very good and other than some of the noise it makes, I'm very happy with my purchase. The company wanted to make sure everything was going well and if I had a problem to call them directly. Wish more companies were like that. Great customer service. They used Estes Trucking to deliver my units and a courier to make the final delivery. Great company great product ... show more
