After that the clothes came out feeling grainy and grimy. The clothes came out smelling way worse then when we washed them. We called customer service numerous times to get it fixed but got no where. Attempted to get a refund and the pick up people never came.Iwas told this high end item couldn’t be refunded until it was picked up ,the pick up company said no on ever reserved a pick up.
