I think this a great product. It is very sleek and compact and I like that the dryer is not flush with the washer. We needed a washer/dryer that would fit in small space and it does and it works great.

The media could not be loaded. They are rather light weight, and compact. Very nice and gets the job done. Both washer and dryer are rather loud, but that’s okay. Washer leaked water from the soap tray, and the dryer exhaust vent was a pain to get to stay put. But other than those problems I love them. ... show more

This washer and dryer are a godsend! They both work great, no problems at all. They were easy to unpack and install and very easy to use. They look great in the laundry space in the 5th wheel. I've done 4 loads of laundry and am happy each time I fold a clean, fresh load out of the dryer.

Installed in late 2022. Had issues with washer leaking at times and dryer squeaking. Contacted appliance desk the end of April to get someone to look at it. He came on 4/30/24. Early May ordered a dryer belt. Was told it was out of stock. Expected in a week then told it would be in June 15th. Still waiting. Have been sent to 3 people to help me with this. Still do not know status of dryer belt. Two months and no progress. Buyer beware! Follow up. Dryer belt finally installed. Still squeaking. Washer still leaking. Have spent $370.00 in service calls with very little improvement so I'm not willing to invest any more time, energy or money . I'm done! ... show more

I love it. I wish I could have bigger stackable ones but it’s a small apt and this one we have works great and it fits in. I no longer have to go to the laundromat. I can even wash my comforter in there too.
