I have hearing in only one ear and thought I was either losing the hearing in my other ear or desperately needed to clean my ear with something that worked. I have a very strange ear canal as I have been told by my ear dr’s as it is curvy and narrow so it is hard to clean. The ear wax tends to get lodged inside. It took 3 bottles and patience and oh my goodness I can hear again and I can’t tell you what your product got out of my ear… but I will be using it regularly. my ears been plugged for a while so i could hear after that but it should come with more packets
