‘21 Mazda CX 5. Took just under an hour to install. Came with everything including tools needed. Instructional pictures aren’t very clear, but with their quick video we had no issues. One person could install, but just a little easier with extra hands to hold. Sunroof has plenty of room to open. Seems pretty sturdy, looks nice. Wasn’t really sure how hard this would be to setup. The good news is that it’s not terribly hard, but just a bit finicky to make sure everything is lined up. Once you get the hang of it, it was pretty painless. Maybe took an hour to get both the side rails AND cross bars installed. This seems great quality. I have been looking for a nice roof rack for my car. I no longer have a van and will still need to get long things at the home store, so this is a good option. It came in a long box, taking several days to arrive. Everything is wrapped in plastic and foam. Everything was in the box except the tool to remove the existing roof rail covers from the car. If you don't have this tool, there are videos on youtube. It took a good couple hours or so for my brother to install it as there are a lot of pieces to attach and screw on with the included torx screwdriver device. One of the cross rails was not drilled correctly, so it made it harder to finish as the screw wouldn't work properly. They did fit the car well. They are nice looking and seem pretty solid installed and didn't move when tried after installation. ... show more

After hearing what the dealership was asking for just the material, not even including installation, this was a no-brainer purchase. First arrived damaged. A little awkward to tighten the 8 torx screws upside-down after installation but everything else was a breeze. Fit my 2028 Mazda CX-5 perfectly. Looks great! Just the thing for the occasional ladder or 2x4.

Reviewed 3/14/2024: My 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition did not come with rails and racks so I added this aftermarket set and I'm very happy with the result. Prime shipping took a few days instead of the usual 2 days but the product arrived well-wrapped and well-packaged. Instructions are included on 2 sheets of paper but it's better to watch a YouTube video. The rails and racks for the Mazda CX-5 haven't changed much since 2017, so any videos made after that should be fine. I would not say installation was easy but I was able to complete the setup by myself in one afternoon. Everything is solid and fit like they should. The only downside to this set is that the rails are glossy and not matte black to match the trims on my car. ... show more

I really thought this was a great value but the bars themselves aren’t strong. I have a Yakima high road and loaded one bike on the bars and they bend horribly. The picture of a man standing on the bars for this item is a total lie. The worst part is there isn’t even a way to contact this seller to get a refund on the bogus and horrible bars I bought. Do not buy these. Buy oem bars even though it costs more. Total waste of time and money. ... show more

The setup of the roof racks and side rails took me roughly 2 hours to do from start to finish. I found that the directions were easy to follow in some areas but difficult to carry out in other cases. The install was smooth but I definitely wish I had grabbed other tools for it other than the ones it came with. One thing I will say about this is that chances are you’re going to have to drill holes in your roof rack in order for things to actually go on them which I didn’t realize. ... show more
