This has been a great ebike thus far. Easy assembly, easy to ride. This is my first ebike venture and this company has been outstanding. I did have one question for customer service after buying the pair of ebikes. They had two different design features for the locking handlebar assembly. Eithrr one worked fine I just preferred one over the other. I contacted the customer service and they were prompt amd friendly. They actually gifted me the part that I preferred at no cost and it was at my door in two days. Nothing but love for this company and their customer service. Definitely take a look at this company (engwe) if you are in the market for a all around folding ebike.     • Great budget tail bag for a dirt bike.

Update - The velcro straps ripped out where they hit the seam in the bottom of the bag. Don't count on those as a durable long-term solution. The bag was still functional, and basically the correct size, so I screwed through the fabric directly into the mounting points on the dirt bike. Using some sheet metal as a large washer I don't have any concerns about the bag coming off the bike. I'm only taking off one star since the bag is still pretty cheap and the soft sides are a nice alternative to the rigid plastic tool box or case approach. Makes a fine tail bag, plenty of room for a first aid kit, snacks, etc. Top sipper section is nice for a wallet and ORV paperwork. The Velcro straps are an appropriate length, but not long enough to make up for a lack of rack... On my TW200 it means it slips back a little, but it certainly isn't coming off. I dumped the bike a couple times, the pack is fine, but it's not a dry bag. It let in some water when I layed it under in a puddle, but it kept most of the wet out and I'd call that 5 stars. ... show more

To start off the write up on this bike is wrong, they stated a 960watt hub in which I received a 740watt hub, they tell me it goes by tire size but isn’t stated in their write up 🥴,the seat is to short, could be a lot more in width and longer, the brakes are soft and makes noises, would I buy from them again, NO, never got back to me on issues I had😡😡😡😡 ... show more
