Tried looking through the instruction manual and website but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Mediocre build quality, but that's what you would expect at this price point. It took several hours to assemble it, and the included instructions are just about useless. It assumes significant knowledge of bike maintenance and assembly skills. And at one point, the instructions are just plain wrong. On the second to last page, it tells you to open the control module to plug in a throttle connector. Do not open the control module...that is wrong....and its a big pain to put that control module back together after its apart. The brakes are cheap, I haven't gotten them to not rub while riding the bike. I'll keep trying to adjust them, will update this review. ... show more

My Texas paved roads seemed too much for this mountain bike. Ordered mine in August and have had very few issues with it. Wrote to customer support and they have solved every issue so far. Only difficult thing about it, I'd the customer service is in a totally different part of the world and email communications happen at around 2 am my time normally. I like how easy everything get put together. Make sure you put the pedals the correct way. RH side and the LH side. If you tried to put it the wrong way it'll strip and cross tread the treads on the pedal shaft. There's a very small letters that indicate which side is which. It's marked on the built in bolts. Watch YouTube instruction to build it first. Otherwise its seems like it's nice if your not going to trash the bike. Like most users they're probably just going to ride this around parks on flat pavement or flat bike trails. So as far as the longevity I just put it together took me about 30 min with some children help and have not tested it in a harsh environment. Just as long as you tighten the nuts and bolts correctly this should last a bit. Cheapest ebike I've seen in Amazon. Great shipping time and condition when I received. Good value for the money. Received the bike in good time. It was some what easy to assemble. It's fun to ride I'm enjoying the shit out of it. Issue; it was difficult to get the throttle working. The removable battery isn't very smooth or easy to remove. There are no instructions on how to replace your rear inter tube. (don't do it have a professional if at all possible) The wired connection to the hub is a big issue for removing the rear wheel. The controls are simple and effective. The seat isn't the most comfortable. Bottom line, I love this Ebike that I got at a great price. ... show more
