I use a lot of batteries for my GPS and controllers. And these outlast anything else. Yes rechargeable ones are better for the environment but even they don't last as long as these. So in today's world of high demand in power go with these....just just work folks! Are they pricey yes but they last... ... show more

I have not done "scientific" experiments, but I believe these batteries supply much more power than even premium alkaline cells. It's assuring to that they have a 20 year shelf life -- but I have no way of testing that. I think it's crazy to use any other kiind of battery (except rechargables).
