The media could not be loaded. Okay, so first I would like to preface this by telling you this company is based in Virginia! That's hella far from California. So if you are planning on getting this computer just be aware that it ships all the way from Virginia and it doesn't have an option for Prime. Although the shipping service is not on them, I was really disappointed to find that it arrived late. You know that feeling when you finally buy the computer you've been waiting for and you're hoping it gets here as soon as possible... that was what I felt!! But unfortunately it actually ended up arriving a day later than the estimated time. This doesn't affect my rating as the computer was shipped in the best packaged box around, no way for this baby to break in transit. I just thought people would like to know. NOW FOR OTHER THINGS ABOUT THE COMPUTER... I love how quiet it is. I'm not kidding when I tell you I can barely hear it. This is shocking because it has so many fans. Another amazing thing I noticed is that although it says NO OPERATING SYSTEM, it does come with Windows! All you need to do is go online and purchase a product key. I thought that I would need to download Windows 10 via flash drive and had already gone out and bought one and downloaded it so I would have it ready to go... but I didn't even need it. :) The free keyboard is great too. I like how nice it feels, it's not lightweight like a lot of other keyboards I've tried. I actually was considering buying a replacement because I assumed it would be cheap, but it is great quality and I will not be buying a replacement. Mouse is standard quality and will work for gaming mouse. Another thing I liked is that it DOES come with a wifi adapter. I saw some reviews that says that it doesn't, but mine did, so don't worry! If you buy the same model as mine, yours will come with it too. I will be updating this review in the future to see how it holds up over time with my gaming, so if there's more to tell I will say it... but for now I think it is a great deal for the price! ... show more

So far so good! Windows 11, and all my games are running smoothly on high graphics. I had no problem installing my spare SSD's and Nvidia graphics card, and everything's working beautifully! The only issues I had was with the shipping, as it was delivered a day or two late, though that's not the fault of the seller. Also most the connections inside to the motherboard were unplugged. I had to go in and reconnect power cables and the front USB hub, also all connections to the RGB controller were lose and had to be reconnected to get the fans to light up, but sadly the controller for the lights does not seem to work, so I'm unable to change the colors and it just cycles through randomly, but that's not anything I'm worried about. My one and only complaint would be that of my own fault as I should have been watching the price history, I was sad to see the day after I ordered the price dropped by $70. As the price seems to drop by a good amount each month. So I suggest installing an extension like "Honey" and checking the 90 day history before ordering. Overall this was not a bad price for what you get. But If you're ordering for someone else, or if you're not comfortable opening the case and checking all the connections you / they, might run into some issues. ... show more

I purchased a computer that was advertised as having an operating system. The vendor told me the copy of my license is for evaluative purposes only and that I need to purchase a windows license. I would not have purchased this computer if they said it did not come with Windows. Amazon should not allow this vendor to sell on Amazon platform. ... show more

    • A pretty good PC, but a fair bit overpriced for what you get.
I bought this computer since my old one died, and I wanted something serious that could handle games like World of Warcraft, Elite Dangerous, Civilization 5, and Fallout 4 at full graphics settings. I purchased this one and it arrived pretty quickly, so that's definitely a plus. I was a little disappointed to see that there wasn't a graphics card in it, and was worried that it was unusable. Fortunately, many games still worked just fine on the integrated graphics and you can still pump out around 40-60 FPS. If you're a casual gamer and don't fret about visuals, it's probably just fine. You probably won't be able to use any kind of advanced anti-aliasing or high-texture settings, though. If you're used to higher-quality performance, the integrated graphics just won't cut it. You'll need to spend another couple hundred dollars on a graphics card (GTX 1650 works fantastic). Outside of the card issue, the actual performance of the PC is pretty great. The SSD makes games and loading other data happen almost instantaneously for the most part. Is the design of the case and coloring of the fans cool-looking? Yes, absolutely. But let's be real - sometimes you'll look over and your case will be flashing red and you'll get a moment of brief panic thinking something's wrong before another color combination kicks in. A minor annoyance, but that's just me. Overall, this is a good PC and is certainly a powerhouse for a reasonable price, but if you have the ability to put it together yourself, researching the individual parts and doing your own assembly will probably shave off $300-$400 or more. ... show more

I LOVE this pc, I love the way it looks and it runs so smoothly. I haven't had any issues yet and setting it up was very easy. I was a little worried about it not having an operating system because this is my first pc and i dont know a lot about computers but it does come with windows 10, the only thing you need is a windows product key but honestly you do not absolutely need it, there will be a water mark on the bottom corner of your screen but it doesn't bother me that much and you can still customize most things on the computer. If you're thinking about buying this just do it, its definitely worth it 😊 ... show more
