The computer arrived much more quickly than had been my experience with other vendors, which was greatly appreciated. When it arrived the documentation clearly laid out the steps to get the computer up and running. I spent, perhaps, 30-45 minutes getting everything unpacked and ready to go. The computer runs beautifully. The high-end processor, large amount of RAM, and the 24GB RTX 3090 can handle any resolution I can throw at it. In fact, I'm having a little trouble with some of my older games since they can't recognize how good this configuration is. The computer is also extremely quiet. If I wasn't typing on it right now, I would have a hard time telling that it was running. That's very well done. The system has a reasonable number of USB connections, consisting of the normal spread of USB ports. I found them to be quite sufficient for my existing set of add-ons. It comes with a 2TB SDD drive partitioned up into a 237GB C: drive and a 1.51TB D: drive. A 4 TB hard drive in one large partition. I would rather have the 2TB SDD drive as one large partition, but I'll just have to be careful how I install software. The system did come with a Windows 10 installation disc, which is something of a rarity these days. Though, since the system doesn't come with a DVD drive, it's hard to think how they expect you to use it if it was necessary. I do have a few quibbles, which prevent me from awarding 5/5 stars. Before I was able to hook up the computer, I needed to hook up a large internal drive on which I placed a number of files I was transferring from my previous rig. Adding a new hard drive was more difficult than it should have been. I was able to do it, but I had to remove both side panels and figure out how one cable needed to be threaded to the other side of the motherboard. It also appears that the system only allows for one additional drive to be installed, which doesn't bode well for future expansion. The interior of the full-sized tower case is effectively empty. It would have been nice to have additional slots for additional drives, DVD/Blue Ray drives, interfaces for SD cards, etc. I consider this a significant limitation, even though you can add these items through USB connections. The motherboard also has connectors for many more drives and devices, but there seems to be nowhere to easily place them. I'm also not crazy that the motherboard has only four memory slots. Admittedly, each slot is filled with a 32GB SDRAM card, so memory expansion isn't a high priority, but there will eventually come a time when 128GB of RAM is insufficient and I'd love to have the option to add additional SDRAM cards rather than replacing the existing configuration. The power supply is also a bit underpowered for a system like this. It's sufficient for the existing installed components, but lacks the power if you want to expand the configuration. If you want to add a second video card, you will need to replace it with a beefier power supply. I also found it curious that there was no integrated Wi-Fi. Instead, the manufacturer provides a USB Wi-Fi connector. It did connect to my 5GHz 802.11ac network without any real difficulty, but I dislike giving up a precious USB connector for the feature. Overall, I give this system a 5/5 for existing components and 3/5 for future expandability. This PC is amazing so far. Blazing fast CPU! Good deal! And responsive seller. The seller did not raise the computer prices even when there was shortage of the RTX 3080 GPU. I give them much respect for not inflating the prices when many other sellers were doing so. My configuration has The Ryzen 5950x processor , MSI RTX 3080 GPU and 64GB of RAM. The seller CUK Computer Upgrade King has great customer support because they have a live person to help you during business hours. I had to return other computers that I bought from them because of some of the components failed. They were very responsive and sent me a new computer because it was in the 30 day refund time frame. I could see them giving me support in the future if needed. I’ll update this review if there are any changes in their customer service. Update: Customer service is still good, however after my review they have raised the prices. I would compare other sellers in terms of prices. I’m not sure why the prices have gone up. I think it may be because of the high markups of the GPU prices. I hope this seller doesn’t follow other retailers and markup their Prices . The computer arrived sooner than the estimated shipping date. It came as advertised, very cleanly installed and organized inside. The packing was secure and safe; there was foam inside the case which was molded to fit the empty space within the tower, which I understand was to protect the components during the shipping process. The only issue I encountered was an error that appeared upon startup relating to the GPU. I had to readjust the 8-pin power cable connected to the GPU, which fixed the problem. I think this could have been shifted by the foam pack that was inside the case. Once i figured that out, the whole thing was plug-and-play! Computer has been working great for the last few months; very fast startup and OS interface, programs open quickly and work smoothly. Games run great on high graphics settings! ... show more

I have to say that this PC was a gift for someone... they've said that they ABSOLUTELY LOVE it, they say that while initially there was a "hiccup" with getting it up & running...but contacted seller & they COMPLETELY resolved the issue, which turned out to be a mistake on our side, but the company was so gracious about the whole thing, walked us through the solution... after that ...the PC was up and running... SMOOTH!!! Nooo complaints here... If you're looking for this format/type of PC...THIS is the one!! ... show more

UPS tried to say nobody was home, dude on door cam caught running to throw a BLANK you missed me slip so i couldnt even find where it was ended up calling his dispatcher and manager and after his story changing 4 times another driver was able to do the simple task of bringing a box to my door PC runs great, havent benchmarked and dont plan to over clock but it runs smooth and the HDD doesnt really have a delay but still thinking of splurging on a 2tb nvme m.2 and a sata drive ... show more

Everything was very well packaged and sent and they provided all the hardware and software I needed if I wanted to modify it. It appears that everything works very well too!
