After finally getting my bike together I love it. I will say this, I read the other 4 reviews on here and what I suspected all along is true. I was getting almost 0 help from customer service at this company. I started thinking either it is because Im a woman or because I am not a bike builder. I think it is a little of both. I have never, ever built a bike before and it was very frustrating to go through this all alone. I recommend if you are a first time bike builder to have this bike built for you because it is not easy if you have no idea what you are doing at all and this company has 0 patience for people who do not know how. I have been waiting for one month for the battery to be delivered? I have the Ebike. It is GREAT and it's assembled. May I ask how it battery is coming? Should I wait on the porch? Seat needs work. Will not stay in position - even used a pair of channel locks to tighten.

Hello everyone! I’ve owned one of these since July of 2021 and absolutely love it! I bought mine from a local bike shop not Amazon. I ride mine about every day when it’s not raining. I put about 500 miles on it so far. I’m close to 300 pounds and the motor is strong enough to haul me around. I keep it in 6th gear and only use PA1 setting for peddle assist when I need it and occasionally add throttle on demand when I’m going up steep hills.
