  • Love this quality and sturdy bike!
Color: Caddy
It took some time to put it together but my husband and I tackled it together. The company very nice to deal with. I was so frustrated because we were shipped the bike in 3 boxes and they were separated and we got them all on separate days. One of the boxes sat in Chicago for over 10 days on a FedEx truck that they had no man power or employees to expedite the packages….. no employees they told me due to Covid and everyone is backed up especially Chicago and Perrysburg, OH. But we finally got the bike and I love it!!! The bike was worth the wait. Thank you Emojo! ... show more

  • Really Nice Bike
After finally getting my bike together I love it. I will say this, I read the other 4 reviews on here and what I suspected all along is true. I was getting almost 0 help from customer service at this company. I started thinking either it is because Im a woman or because I am not a bike builder. I think it is a little of both. I have never, ever built a bike before and it was very frustrating to go through this all alone. I recommend if you are a first time bike builder to have this bike built for you because it is not easy if you have no idea what you are doing at all and this company has 0 patience for people who do not know how. But it is a super great bike. ... show more

  • Update : trike is out of warranty and the front suspension had to be replaced at 670 miles.
Color: Caddy Pro-red
I have had a lot of compliments on the trike. In all fairness I have to say I am 76 and have arthritis in both hands. The owners manual tells you how operate the bike along with the warnings, etc. It shows how to assemble the front wheel to the forks, other than that you have to use the installation video on YouTube.......which leaves a lot to be desired. The components, derailleur and LCD display are the same ones used on an Ecotric electric bike. The Emojo Caddy pro costs about 3 times what the Ecotric did. I had to buy a suspension seatpost ( the parallelogram style) to smooth out the ride to my satisfaction. Not cheap, $ 112.but worth it. I had to bend the mounting brackets on the fenders to get the holes to line up. No problems so far (75 miles on it) . The " headlight" if you want to call it one is the same one found on cheaper e-bikes. Suggestion: If you are going to buy one of these and aren't too mechanically inclined, have it sent to your local bike shop for assembly. Took the trike to a local bike shop to see if the owner could break loose the nuts holding the rear axle, because I couldn't. Turns out the nuts were installed with an impact wrench and the axle is stripped. As it turned out, the problem with the left side of the axle has LEFT HAND THREADS. Emojo sent a new axle to my LBS and didn't send any nuts. The left one is ruined along with the axle. Called Emojo and talked with a gentleman named Josh (I think). He took my name and address and said he'd have the nuts sent to me. The front suspension failed at 670 miles. When emailing Emojo about this the replacement fork was called an " upgrade". Not. They sent me the same one as the original. $125. I don't jump curbs or abuse the trike in any way. Typical Chinese junk. ... show more

  • Anywhere anytime! If 20 mph is a thrill, go Full Trottle!!!!!
Color: Caddy
I love my "TRUCK " :) Only one I found with 24 inch front (motor) wheel. I added Monster Cargo trailer. Simple hardware to attach hitch to rear basket. I haven't found trailers designed for trikes. Hauls all my groceries in 45 gal tote . I've got 450 miles on it in first year :) .I've gone on almost 30 trips and only used 40 percent battery on peddle assist 2. Assembly fairly easy, EXCEPT: threading chain through derailer. video showing how to do was bad. Only showed back of hands :D Finally took to shop. derailer wasn't working due to weak spring. I may have damaged trying to thread chain? I lso replaced chain just because it looked weak to me. Shop also "tuned" brakes, etc. I had to buy two regular chains because it's so long. Parts and "tune up" cost about $ 150. But Emojo sent the deluxe model with front shocks and premium seat! that model $ 200 more. :) I love my TRUCK,trike. 24 inchfront wheel drive, indrpendent of pedal chain drive. if I have electric issue, I can still peddle. chain, peddle issue, the motor can get me home :) more speed, less torque. I'm 67 years old and had brain surgery. Rough ride hill climbing not in my routine :D. snow in 2022 was fluffy with slushy ice underneath. Trke turned into snow mobile :) Snow 2023 temp drop after snowing, snow set up hard, good for igloo. Not so much for trike. It was still good on plowed roads and bike routes. hard packed snow /ice no problem :) Yet to try on sandy beach but I bet great. Go FAT TIRE! ... show more

  • Easy, comfy, and it doesn't tip over!
Color: White Caddy Pro
I stay on flat roads and have gone up to 20 mph. Have never changed speeds or assist. Very sharp turn arounds with power. I get aro 35 miles per charge, charging is a good 6 hours. I use this more than my car and thoroughly enjoy it. Arrived per Ups after phone call from shipper. Totally worth it, and my cats love to ride in their basket in the back! I am 5-1 at 110 pounds, very adjustable and handlebars have an adjustable tilt. ... show more

  • Not good
Color: Caddy Pro-red
After spending 2 days assembling, 2 chargers, and 2 batteries later, it never did work. Customer service responsive, but trike has real issues.

  • We are very pleased with this electric Tricycle!
Color: White Caddy Pro
Our shipment arrived extremely fast. There are 3 rather large boxes that it arrived in. I reached out to the seller for some questions. I found them to be very helpful and quick too. We have been riding 5 days on the electric bikes. We are really pleased with the solid structure and quality. It is fun too! I personally love that it has three wheels so balance is not a concern. The tires are beefy enough that I think I can ride in anything too. Longer into the winter as well. Needless to say I am very excited about this purchase. I will say that you do need to have more skills in assembly than your general IKEA capabilities. I felt a bit overwhelmed at times. I am not mechanical. I will add that there are some tools needed that are not provided by the factory. Such as a 4mm allen wrench. ... show more

  • Bolts strip out easy
Color: Caddy
The main screw that holds the handle bars to the bike will not tighten all the way. I’ve tried multiple times to get it tight. Kind of a let down can’t ride bike with that main screw loose.
