After about 8 months it has held up well. I still use my box spring with it which brings the top of my bed to about 40" making my bed feel almost lofted but I'm tall enough that it's still easy to get into. The amount of storage space it added to my bedroom is enough to store several laundry baskets, file boxes, and other boxes of misc items. The clearance under my bed frame measures in at just under 16" (on carpet), so it is just shy of working with some of my totes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The frame overall was easy to put together and it feels sturdy and quiet. The only issues I ran into is a bent channel where one of the supports drops into. I was able to bend it back enough to get the support in. My second issue is that one of the holes was made too big compared to the others so the provided bolts sit loose in it. Really great bed frame! I bought this because I got a new queen sized mattress from a friend but couldn’t get the box spring to my house without renting a U-Haul and my friends suggested a platform bed frame! I absolutely love this frame. I have only slept on it for two nights so far but it is very sturdy. The spacing between the horizontal bars is smaller than some other platform bed frames so the mattress doesn’t sink into the frame at the edges of the bed at all. I also love how much room is under the bed. 18” allows a 20 gallon bin to fit underneath so I can store so much under the bed. I also feel like it’s the perfect height off the ground. It doesn’t feel too short like a 14”-16” tall frame does to me. Great value for the $60 I paid, friends have paid $100 for less quality. I also loved setting this up. There was one difficult part but it’s because you have to hold the nut on the back of a screw with a little wrench that is difficult to grip in the small areas that you are working. Other than that it was very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. The screws and nuts were sorted by type, separated, and labeled by what step they’re in in the instructions. ... show more

Easy to put together only thing is you should order the side clips to keep mattress from sliding. I don't know how you can expect the matress to just lay on top - it slides easily. I ordered clips today and hop ethat solves the problem. It looks lnice, seems sturdy. Placed on top of rig so I dont think the frame will slide. ... show more
