I purchased the Pink and it is more of a Coral pink, which is a perfect match for my Target Threshold sheets in the same color. The roses are a softer chiffon, so they are not super smooth in texture but they are delicate and airy. Someone with sensory sensitivity to texture might find the roses slightly itchy but it's decorative and not for sleeping on, so it was not an issue for us. The back is a super soft suede like fabric. Very soft. The zipper is positioned in the center of the back of the pillow, making a pillow insert recommended over pillow stuffing (for ease, and not to get stuffing caught in the zipper.) You can still use stuffing if you are mindful of the zipper, but an insert would be way simpler. Great item for the price! ... show more

When they arrived the roses were pressed flat, but it only took a little effort to fluff them right up. The 3 stars for softness is not a bad thing. They are made with a nylon webbing type of material and they LOOK awesome. But if you want “soft”, these might disappoint. The back, however, is a nice smooth satiny feel.
