This is the best deal I have been able to find for this item. You get a lot of cards for your money. The others are a bit more pricey. I have a looooooot of uncarded floss lying around and I think this will be enough to organice them, might even have some left over for more floss! I was a little concerned about the thinness of the cards, but they are just fine. They are not too spindly and hold the floss great. In fact they seem a little bit bigger than other cards. I have no problem writing the number code but the additional stickers with the numbers are quite welcome. I have included some pics to show you. ... show more

I use bobbins because I have hand issues that make it hard mobility wise. I didn't haven't high expectations because I have had some really rotten bobbins in the past, however, to my surprise these are more durable and easier to use than those in the past. Edit: after using for 5 months I’d like to add if you use a ring to organize the bobbins for a project, they’re probably going to fall off. Cardboard is too thin. These are not thin paper but they’re just a bit too thin for ring organization. I’ve been cross-stitching since I was 10 or 11 and so I’ve got nearly 4 decades of constant floss use and wasn’t often good about using bobbins. I re-did my entire storage system using these labels and bobbins. I wish the cardboard was a bit thicker as I don’t think they’ll stand up well to use but they’re better than many I’ve used. Easy to mark with a regular pen or sharpie without smudging/wearing off ... show more

I only use the cardboard bobbins for temporary storage and these are perfect for that. I would absolutely love to see them sell the number stickers separately as the numbers are larger and they stick so much better than the DMC brand.
