For a while, I was traveling for work a fair amount and I ended up with a lot of cards from hotel room key systems. Also, I have many old work IDs. This punch makes perfect picks out of plastic strips you purchase or from old credit cards. You can get three picks per credit card. If the edges are too rough, you can smooth them with one or two passes of the included sandpaper. I enthusiastically recommend this punch for anyone who plays guitar.
