The Ella Bella is fantastic, made really well, easy to use and takes no time at all to clean up. All the tools you need are in the box, it was an unexpected pleasure to receive spatulas and utensils as well that aren't cheapo throw ins, they're as top quality as the Ella Bella. I purchased the Ella Bella to make homemade "muscle relaxers" as my RX for them was sometimes costly if the insurance didn't pitch in, they made me groggy and low functioning. (I have a condition that causes my arm to palsy with involuntary muscle tremors and spasms) At my wit's end with this rather painful affliction, I took a chance and ordered the machine, utilized some organic home grown, used coconut oil for my first full batch, flipped the switch and waited. I found the case to be low odor- it didn't take long to create my batch, the quality of the finished product was professional and truly medicative. Since my purchase, I have not used muscle relaxers or pain killers- only what I created with my Ella Bella. Great machine, customer service is truly right there for you always- and it's a human being. Not a message that says "we care about you our customer, we'll get back to you in 48 years" voiced by a robot- but a real honest to goodness business associate who believes in their product and wants the customer to know they stand behind it. I decided on this machine for 2 reasons. #1 reason I bought this machine. The company Ella Bella is a small business. I knew from reviews that the owner Ruth was available for any issues or questions. After my purchase I discovered that the owner Ruth was really very responsive about any questions or concerns that I've had about the machine or recipes. There was no buyer's remorse. What you read in reviews about customer service is true! Other Infusers listed on Amazon had negative reviews about the warranty or customer service ( lack of customer service). This product Ella Bella has a 2 year warranty. I hope I don't need the warranty but if I do need it, I know that Ruth will help me so I can get back to infusions. #2 Reason was because of value and features of the machine. It came with lots of accessories. The Ella Bella Infusion Machine was well made. This machine could make many Infusion products without buying an extra machine. This machine came with an easy to folliw recipe book. The machine also came with a cleaning pre-set. I've made tincture and infused oil to make goodies and they were all delicious! If you use herbs 🌿 as medicine like I do, then order this machine. It does everything the higher competitor's infusion machines will do without breaking the piggy bank 🐷. The best reason for buying this machine is that you have Ruth in your corner to insure that you know how to make awesome edibles. She has helped me a few times with recipes. The amazing thing is that she follows up to see how things turned out. She messaged me the other day asking how my batch of oil turned out. I recently purchased this machine for oil infusion, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The infusion process is extremely easy and required minimal effort. I absolutely love it! I bought this to make tinctures (smoking is kind of hard on my throat) this is so much easier than making tinctures with alcohol The machine works perfectly looks nice and well made. And the company has contacted me 3 times in a month checking to make sure it’s working fine which tells me they have excellent customer service and support in today’s world most companies don’t care. This infuser is truly the definition of bang for your buck, the quality and reliability is top notch. I did butter as my first infused product and I must say it came out amazing, it's very intuitive and easy to use and for the more intricate questions you can refer to the recipe book or the business owner itself. The customer service is what really took the cake for me, for the amount of money I spent on it I wasn't expecting such a committed customer service. She's fantastic and answered all the questions I had in regards to the product through text message (in about 30 minutes), that for me really makes the difference more than the $40 dollar price tag difference with the competition. This is going to sound like the same review. But that's a good thing because this machine is consistent and has great results. Easy and user friendly! Truly dump in all the ingredients and set the timer. Note: just be mindful to not let it sit more than a few minutes after the cycle is done... as the volume of the tinture could lessen slightly if kept in the machine too long.
