I run ultra distance marathons and live in Florida where the heat & humidity can get to dangerous levels in summer. I have been using Rehyrd8 for 5+ yrs now and have not yet had a reason to change. I live in Florida and it is soo hot. I work out daily and noticed i started getting leg cramps so i purchased these and the cramps are gone. I feel they really do help i tend to take 1 every other day unless i sweat alot then ill take 2.

I lose so much salt when cycling, especially in the heat. I lose well over 2g/hr, the subsequent cramping is the worst! My last ride (100 miles and 7500ft elevation) I started with a 1.5g/L electrolyte beverage then I took one capsule every 20-30 minutes for the duration of the ride. Never cramped. I used to get headaches and feel faint in the morning unless I ate something really salty. I like a sweet breakfast (yogurt, fruit) so I just take one of these and it works perfectly. Pretty cheap and doesn't dissolve in the mouth.

Awesome way to up my salt intake for my condition, best product I've found. Serving size is one capsule and I take it with my morning meds and it helps increase my BP alongside my beta blockers (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome is characterized with low blood pressure so the goal is to raise it). Also the capsules don't dissolve in the mouth, unlike the pressed salt tablets I've tried previously.
