This mic is one of the best I’ve had so far and I’ve had quite a few. They build is nice and quality is amazing. Only thing I didn’t like at first was how it did pick up my clicking and clacking from my keyboard when I streamed but after adding some noise suppression it worked better than expected. I have been creating content on YouTube for over 8 years. I have spend an arm and a leg on Microphones over the years. The elgato Wave DX has been the very best by far. The sound quality is second to none. For me, the most important thing is noise cancelation as I record in an empty room where there is a lot of echo and reverb. This mic records clear voice and cancels all the noise without any degradation in voice (no robotic voices) It just works out of the box. I have both this mic paired with an Elgato Wave XLR interface and a Shure SM7B with a GoXLR and I can tell you that this mic paired with the Wave XLR sounds almost identical to the SM7B setup out of the box. I even have some tuning on the GoXLR setup... it kind of blew me away to be honest.
