It has a little more buzz noise then higher end cables but the sound quality is pretty close. Its not crazy buzz just a little more that would probably be a little worse with a fuzz pedal or high gain pedals. I purchased with a practice AMP and it is perfect. It's the perfect length and sounds great. I was a little worried because of the price, it might not be great quality, but I was wrong. It is really great quality and it sounds just as good as some other, more expensive cords I've used in the past.
