    • Junk Don't Buy.
We had this wheelchair for less then 6 months and the controller stopped working. I tried contacting the company at an adress in Canada. I left several messages and got no response. I contacted amazon and they told me to try to contact the company again in china. I was finally able to contact the company in china and after 4 weeks they were supposed to send me a new controller but they sent a battery. Now they won't send a controller because they say they sent one. This has been going on for more then 2 months. ... show more

Well, they promised lightweight and they delivered. I can lift the entire thing, batteries and all, with one hand. (You have no idea how much of a blessing that is. My Dad has various wheelchairs (most are falling apart and heavy) and this one is just incredible.) Charging it is no problem, it's a simple laptop-like power brick with an XLR adapter on the end allowing it to plug into the chair's controller to provide charging. Charges pretty quick, too. On the other hand, it's very uncomfortable to sit in, and if you're lightweight like my Father is, it feels like riding a horse that's about to buck you. Terrified him going over door thresholds, (thankfully, the anti-tippers did their job, but they might need to be a tad lower to catch sooner...) driving through bumpy parking lots (tends to thrash him around a bit) and he's worried he's going to come tumbling out of it. (Will he? I doubt it, but put yourself in his shoes, wouldn't you be scared?) Another thing, screws/bolts seem to come loose with use... Easy to fix, but odd. The tires are more Spring/Summer/Fall fodder,I wouldn't say they're Winter-ready by any means. I'm not even sure the chair itself is rated for Wintery weather, but we'll find out, I guess. I hope it keeps working for my Father, it gives him access he didn't have before and it doesn't destroy my back trying to move the chair in and out of the car. The price is now higher than what he paid, at the current asking price, it's too much. The original price paid (also had an Amazon digital gift card) is more reasonable. It's great for kids, young adults, and small-framed adults, and it does what it says (light and portable) and with practice, could become a daily driver for everything. ... show more

RECEIVED CHAIR IN GOOD CONDITION AND VERY FAST (5 DAYS!) BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS (FINALLY FOUND A LITTLE BOOKLET HIDDEN IN BOTTOM OF CARTON) COMPLETELY USELESS.THERE WAS A MISMATCH IN WIRING AND LACK OF DOTS TO ALIGN THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (3) SPENT A WEEK TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT ,i FINALLY DID ;COULD NOT CHARGE BATTERY THEREFORE THE CHAIR DID NOT WORK;SENT THREE EMAILS ASKING FOR WIRING DIAGRAM AND EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM RECEIVED MEANINGLESS ANSWERS;I GOT THE CHAIR WORKING BUT IT HAS BEEN A VERY FRUSTRATING 10 DAYS.THE LAST ANSWER THE CO. ASKING FOR A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM??ARE YOU CRAZY ASKING SUCH A THING FROM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN??????UPDATE :THIS IS A VERY DECENT CHAIR MY ONLY GRIPE WAS THAT UPON RECEIPT IT DID NOT CHARGE AND IN SPITE OF MANY EMAILS TO CO.     • If unhappy shipping return fee is expensive!
The chair itself is lightweight and very easy to fold. The drawback was the seat was little taller than expected making it impossible to fit under the dining room table and the foot rest is more elevated than other wheelchairs lifting your legs slightly up and the foot rest was also angled awkwardly. So rather than have your feet at a 90° angle they were turned upwards in an unnatural position in my opinion. Had to return but the seller does not give you a prepaid return label! COST WAS $150 TO RETURN via Fedex which is how they ship to you. Take that into account. ... show more

This is a great chair. It's very easy-to-use and fold up. It's lightweight and compact. It is on a smaller size but that works for us.

    • Joy stick.
Never again will buy from this company. 80 yr old mother uses this chair daily. Yes it is 2 yrs old. However it is still for sale online. Our joy stick stopped charging, so we called and emailed the service department many times. Finally a few weeks later they responded. Went back and forth several times and gave all the info they required. Last email I was told sorry they dont make that controller any longer, we have none in stock, maybe buy a new chair. 🤔 Just very unsatisfied with the poor customer service elenker.com So after weeks of research trying to find this joy stick. I FOUND it!! Travel buggy. Has the joy stick got mine today and pugged it all in and wooohooo it works! So travel buggy usa replacement joy stick! ... show more

I think the chair is perfect in every way for my needs except it doesn’t run on carpet it doesn’t respond to the joystick won’t even go over the hump between carpet and linoleum no power at all has the means of being a great chair except they need to put a motor on it that will move the chair. The charger they sent with it states that it should be either in red or green showing the charging rate becomes up orange and stays there not sure if it’s charging or not.I was lied to by company on shipping stated it was shipped on the 14th gave me a tracking number that didn’t work after I started complaining they shipped it four days later and finally got the right tracking number it came to be in a box it was totally destroyed , parts of it looked as if the Chair was used way over priced this chair should sell for about $150. You lose to much on shipping to return Just a lesson learned. ... show more
